Nothing to write about. Every time we stay here we have never been disappointed.

The food at Four Points is no longer the same as when the hotel first opened. Sometimes the rice is hard, and it doesn't even taste good on the neck.

The hotel staff is very friendly, very helpful. The food is varied and there is a corner of regional specialties. The room is clean and fragrant. The AC in the gym is not on, maybe you should confirm with the staff first.

The location is very good. Can go directly to the mall. The food is okay, although not the best. I asked for egg benedict for a long time until I finally got a regular omelet, when I was almost finished eating I was given it even though I had asked for it 3 times. Cleanliness is okay. The swimming pool is also okay

A luxury hotel that I think is the best in Manado, in terms of facilities, access, room size, hotel area and most importantly, the friendliness of all the staff is extraordinary. Hopefully, on my next vacation, I can stay again at the Four Points Hotel.

1. My phone charger was left plugged in but was not acknowledged. 2. Water dripped from the ceiling of room 716 so it had to be collected in the trash.

The hotel is located on the seafront with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious with sufficient lighting. Breakfast is satisfying with a variety of menus. The thing that needs to be improved is that the room is not soundproof.

Great place to stay for business trip as well as leisure. Fast process either checking in or out. Strategic location being in the centre of Manada town. Nice sea view. Definitely want to go back in the future visit.

One of the best experience we ever had that complete our holiday in Manado. The staff were really helpful, the service start from the lobby and until we check out is great, the experience is priceless. The room was really spacious, the breakfast experience is really great, the food and beverages provided is wide option, and the sea view is breathtaking.

Location is strategic. The staff friendliness was bad. Spoon didn't washed after I used it. The staff put the cup openly. Receptinist also bad.

It's always best to stay here.
