Second time stay, and as always pleasant stay overall. Wish they fix the broken shower hanger on ladies bathroom. Also beware of stairs to the third floor if you bring big luggages.

The overall experience was okay. Just because we carry three big luggage and they don't have elevator and the entrance was backdoor access and was steep and small so it was a struggle for us to carry up the luggage. It would be fine for backpackers and small luggage. Room was a bit too dark, needs more lights. The rubbish bin was so helpful. It was clean and comfy.

Enjoyed the bunk beds like a capsule feeling, at first we felt a little claustrophobic experience but slept well. Not child friendly only adults mix in one room, clean beds and facilities. Rooms are in the 2nd and 3rd level, need to carry luggage up the stairs. Very near YOYOGI Park enjoyed early walk with cherry blossoms. Short walk from Metro Train stations

The location is close to Yoyogi-Hachiman Station, quite far from Shibuya Station, the staff can speak English well, the rooms are clean, the bathrooms are few, when checking in luggage is helped by staff, but when checking out you have to lift your own luggage without elevator, slippers and towels cost, so the risk of staying in a hostel ...

The location is close to the train station, walking around 160m. Convenient to just rest, especially backpackers, friendly and very helpful receptionists, recommended hostels for backpackers.
