I just don't like the room smell like cigarette butts when you open it. But it goes away after a while. Everything else is ok, I only stay at night because I mostly go out during the day so I don't see any problems. Overall, it's quite ok.

The hotel has 2 areas with and without elevators. So everyone should check carefully in advance whether the room has an elevator or not. The day I stayed in a room on the 4th floor but there was no elevator so it was a bit difficult to move around.

From 1 o'clock in the morning until seven o'clock in the morning, there has been a noise similar to that of a water pump, buzzing constantly. It has seriously affected my sleep.

The room is in a good location right in the old town, very convenient for traveling, but when booking a room, you have to note that there are 2 types of rooms: rooms with elevators and rooms without elevators, especially room 3, which does not have an elevator and is on the 4th floor, making it very tiring to carry a suitcase. The room I booked had a balcony, but it was not actually a balcony :))) but an empty space at the back of the room shared with the room next door, which had a hot and cold air conditioner installed, so it was very hot :)))) The room was small and a bit old, but overall it was okay.

I give them - 10 (Minus TEN) for my experience in there. Hygiene: one of their cleaning staff took my dirty clothes without my permission. She told me that she thought it was rubbish. It is hard to understand cleaning service could not differentiate between rubbish and dirty clothes. Security: other guest from different room could enter our room with their key. Location: easy to find food stall. Price: not complain. Staff: they tried to be helpful when the dirty clothes were missing. But they could not explain how other guest's key could access our room.

Comfortable hotel, located in a strategic location, very helpful to guests, satisfying service like a 5 star hotel. You will not be disappointed with this hotel.
