Upon arrival I was told they “overbooked “and could not accommodate my confirmed reservation. The woman at the front desk was rude and unhelpful Would never book here again

The room was not done..cross...dirty

Terrible experience, we drove 5.5 hrs just to find out our room was dirty and they unfortunately overbooked and couldn’t provide any other room. Staff weren’t even at the front desk, when we pulled in, they were getting out of the car. A music was blasting in their back room behind the front desk. Unsafe atmosphere, unprofessional staff, that provides zero resolution and zero care.

This place is dirty. Sticky floors. Gross carpets in the hall.

This place was disgusting. No pillow cases, no shower curtain, pee all over the toilet seat, dirty towels and trash littered in the hallway. Not to mention the walls were paper thin and I could hear noise from both rooms on either side of me. Neighbors were blaring music and screaming until atleast 230am. The $180 price tag for a one night stay is criminal. I will never return and will make a point of going out of my way to advise others to do the same. This property has zero standards and must be managed by slum lords.

Staff was nice, very clean, quiet

The hallways have greasy, stained carpeting and were smelly. The linens on the bed were clean, but threadbare and worn. The accessory sofa bed had large rips and tears in the vinyl fabric, so bad you would not sit on it. There was only one bath towel for a reservation with two adults. We would never stay in an Extended Stay facility again, no matter how cheap the price.

Absolutely nothing. Lied about breakfast no breakfast

Room was nice but very unsanitary. The floor was filthy and wet as well as it had a foul oder. Walking from the bed to the shower left the bottom of our feet extremely dirty. The remote was still slimy from previous guest I’m assuming. Cannot upload the photos for some reason but I’m willing to share!

I checked in at around 4:30 pm and the room was dirty not swept and linens on the floor and bed did not have any sheets on it

Room furniture was old and dirty. Floors had a wet/poly feel. Corridors had a stench. Property needs an overhaul.

The whole place was a complete disappointment. From the smell of dog urine in the carpets down the hallways. To every single floor being sticky with some sort of substance. Be grab and go breakfast was a joke granola bar one bag of oatmeal and both containers of coffee were stone cold nobody was at the counter to help anybody. Even the room floors felt sticky and wet all the time. Not to mention there was no towels when we arrived no shampoo or soap barely enough toilet paper to use one time. And a pile of dirty towels outside of our room which stayed there for the entire stay. Very loud Neighbors sounded like some sort of gym weights were being dropped on the floor every 10 to 15 minutes. Overall is just a terrible experience. Would really appreciate a refund.

Front desk staff were super nice. Bed and bathroom were clean. That’s all I can say positive. Room floor hadn’t been swept or mopped. Getting out of shower had to stand on towel and get fully dressed or your feet would be filthy, leisure chair fabric was torn and tattered. The hallway carpets were filthy and not vacuumed from the looks of it in weeks. Trash overflowing everywhere. Holes in hallway walls. But for price you get what you pay for.

Did not allow check-in after a certain time

unfortunately, I can not give a good review of this place, starting with the receptionists who acted not friendly at all. the room was ok. the bathroom shower curtain was filthy, and the extractor fan was not working. it produced a terrible noise. we like very much the kitchen appliances and the bed.

Did not stay a night there. They are refunding me the stay. Room smelled of heavy use of bleach but the toilet was filthy. So not sure what was cleaned. Went downstairs and complained and they refunded my stay. I left and looked elsewhere for a room.

Our room had been serviced but it was not clean. Specially, the floor was filthy and the bathtub not cleaned. We asked for a different room but none were available. A discount was offered. All public areas were dirty. Specifically, all hallway carpets were very dirty and stained, elevator landings and elevator floors were dirty. Overall, not a very pleasant experience.

Front desk receptionist were unprofessional and joking around while i was waiting to get checked in. The hotel room itself was disgusting, smelled weird, not cleaned well. The bathroom did not have a curtain, didn’t close, and was a hole in the bathroom door. Definitely will not be returning.
