Only positive was staff interactions. My coworkers arrived to the hotel where the beds were dirty and rooms smelled of smoke despite being a smoke free hotel/room. There was multiple signs of police presence and violence around the hotel before leaving to stay somewhere else

This property was less than desirable. Upon driving in, the parking lot was filled with trash/litter in most areas. The room had a missing drawer in the kitchen area, a hole from someone punching it in the bathroom door. The rooms had long term residents who had pets who made a lot of noise. Additionally our room was along the highway and the windows did not block any of the noise from the constant noise from highway.

Smelled like chlorine bleach. The chair in our room was filthy and torn. I don’t understand why they keep it in the room (#129) It belongs in the garbage. Stained carpet and just dismal decor. Very unsettling. Only stay here if you are desperate. Wasn’t even inexpensive. It was just the only room in providence I could get

It was despicable. Furniture was threadbare, non smoking hallway reeked of smoke, room was dirty, window shade had missing slats, apparent residents had a fist fight outside the lobby.

Well, Price hotel just outside of the downtown of Providence. Somewhat featureless, but clean rooms, lots of hot water, nice people. Often time staff were elsewhere in the hotel and making it difficult to check out in the evenings.

It served our purpose and budget, but would not recomand for an extended stay.

This was a good, price-friendly option.

First, room i received smelled of cigarettes when it's a non smoking facility. Cabinets and mini blinds were broken. New towels in bathroom had long hair entangled inside. Upon going to get breakfast and coffee there was nothing offered as advertised for morning hrs.

Went to the room. Room not cleaned. One bed firstly sheets. Another bed no sheets. Nate mattress. Stains. Went downstairs. Staff said, housekeeping is too busy. Nothing I can do. Expedia overbooked us. You can go to Marriott down the road. After extended discussion we were given two rooms, away from each other. Neither very clean. No amennities

Terrible conditions, cabinets door missing hallways and elevators very dirty. More like a crackhouse than a 2.5 stars hotel. I had to leave there's no way i could have stayed there.

My stay was horrible, there was just two towels in the room, no blankets and the pillows were very flat. The noise was horrible, people screaming and pulling furniture 12:00 midnight

There were roaches crawling on the bed side table.

They need to fire housekeeping my room was filthy. Hair was everywhere, floor dirty tub had dirt ring around it ,mold on the shower curtain. I would never stay there again.

Expedia is terrible. Last 2 flights they sold me seats that I paid for. They sold my seats before the flight. I could not get a confirmation number until 5 hours before my flight. Total scumbags! Now I am looking for my fight confirmation #’s again. 3rd time in one month. Your kiddin? Someone is getting paid a lot of money with below/sub return on my investment!! I will never ever ever use Expedia again again. Horrible!! Company! Disgusting. Practices . I ask for my confirmation number for my flight they won’t give it to me unless I book a car or a hotel from them!!! Total scum!!!!!!!!

Pretty sure there was a One-Way Mirror in the bathroom (it failed the fingernail test) At around 2am I was woken up by people yelling at each other and then at other guests. They were clearly trying to start fights and kept this up for over 45 minutes. The bed was not a queen, it was definitely a full. It was really thin and lumpy. Sheets were course and had stains on them. Blinds were broken. Parts of the wall had the drywall completely removed. There was no breakfast available when I left in the morning.

NOT in a safe area of the city. The building itself had a bad smell throughout: stale smoke and cooked food smells. Many people were smoking right outside the door, as well as in the entryway. I left immediately upon arrival and when I told a local about my experience, he said, "Branch Street?! Never go to Branch Street!" Lesson learned.
