Very quiet at night. Dirty, holes in furniture, stains on mattress. Staff pleasant but no help.

I paid almost $500 for two nights the first room they gave me I walked in and it was filthy dirty chair and sofa was ripped like I mean super ripped there was no phone to be able to call the front desk there was no iron as they said will be. The stuff was nice changed my room but was so so noisy hard to sleep the window was watching the highway and it was impossible to rest. I am not complaining about the stuff cause they were really nice but who ever is running this hotel if they want to charge expensive they need to renovate and actually put good windows to cancel as much noice is possible cause the highway

You get what you pay for basically and don't expect much for what you get. Minimal accommodations with mini kitchen and full fridge (which bumps it's score). An arm chair that looked as though it was pulled from the nearby homeless encampment and an empty, dull space with no character. At least the shower had good pressure and the bed was ok. Maybe give it some well needed TLC and an area rug in the room perhaps to bring some much needed comfort and charm. All in all it was ok for a one night stay and affordable.

This was the dirtiest hotel I have every seen. Also, the halls smelled terrible and we coule also smell cigarette smoke.

I will Recommend this place, second time I stay there.

Our room was advertised as a non-smoking room, but when we arrived, the A/C was on full-tilt at 60 degrees, in part we assumed to try to mitigate the reek of what smelled like a decade of chain smoking that had gone on in the room. The odor of stale cigarette smoke was so bad, we could not stay the night. Did not like the skeevy chair in the room either. While the staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful, I would not recommend the place.

Everything is horrible.

This was the worst hotel I ever witnessed. Imagine we left to another hotel 5 minutes after arriving. Didn't ask for my money back, just wanted out of there asap. Dirty, dingy, suspect looking hotel guests. Looks like a crackhead hotel.

The front staff attendant was friendly and check in was easy. Upon entering the room, the first thing we noticed was a tattered chair with what appeared to be blood stains on it. The floor was filthy. It had clearly not been vacuumed/swept after last guests checked out. We decided not to stay there. My husband spoke with the same front desk attendant and she was apologetic and said she would give us a full refund.

The room smelled of smoked cigarettes immediately after walking in, the window was open with no screen, small pieces of tobacco on the bed, flies in the room, vandalized furniture, and general occupancy.

The hotel is old and not well maintained. However, the location is convenient.

The manager was so accommodating and friendly. He made our stay worth it.

Everything was horrible, the room was dirt, didn't sweep, no shower curtain, there was a food in the fridge, a lot of noise, prostitutes, people drinking and doing drugs in the parking lot, my experience was horrible, I don't recomend this MOTEL

The best thing about the place was the staff. Check in was backed up and a fiasco, but staff managed it effectively and were very nice. Parking was fine, water pressure was good. There was an intense smell everywhere which I couldn’t identify. If it was a the smell of a cleaning agent it had a caustic edge to it. The chair in the room was whooped. Peeling pleather. Sticky. The laminate floor in the room was likewise very sticky, The morning coffee set up was pretty pitiful. We arrived around 8a and there were a few oatmeal packets (no water), coffee with lids but no cups, a smattering of red solo cups and a large, dripping pump container of vanilla creamer. It was like a still life of sad. Price was acceptable for the last minute nature of our overnight visit, but I can’t imagine an extended stay.

So I have to say for the type of hotel it is, it wasn't bad. It's was a kind of basic with not many amenities but it was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there 2 nights but, as the name says, there are people who stay there for an extended stay. There are kitchenettes in the rooms and you can be provided with certain items to help you prepare food. The General Manager, Cody, was super helpful and told us, as a new GM, he was making many improvements to the property. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

Recently stayed at this hotel. In a horrible area. The hotel staff is rude. The hotel allows pets , dog poo in the hall way and parking lot. Dirty floors , old damaged furniture, non working tv and remote . Stay away!

Great staff, the girl at the front counter on Saturday when we checked in was such a sweetheart! We normally stay at a higher tier hotel when we come into town but decided to try here since so many places were sold out because of the World Cup. Even though the higher tier has more amenities and different types of rooms but the price point of this hotel was definitely lower so we expected the differences. We were pleasantly surprised how clean everything was and how kind everyone was. Great stay for the price point!

We had a very enjoyable day at the extended day

The hotel is extremely understaffed to the point of having to wait almost an hour to check in. There was a sign at the front desk saying someone would “return soon” which is not at all helpful since “soon” tells people nothing. Once the front desk clerk retuned she was very pleasant but the people waiting were not. She told me (because I asked) that she would be alone for her whole shift. The room itself was clean which was a pleasant surprise, but the trash cans at the two entrances were literally overflowing and spilling on to the ground and then blowing through the parking lot. Having a young girl by herself on a Saturday until at least 11pm is alarming and unacceptable from a hotel guest perspective but also from a security/safety perspective

First and last time staying there, reserved two nights and ended up canceling my last night. Filthy, run down, inoperable utilities in the room, stinky, and furniture and blinds were atrocious. Never again!
