I checked in and the rim was absolutely disgusting. Holes in the wall, the chair was ripped and gross, cabinet fronts were broken off and missing. Immediately turned around and asked the front desk for a refund. They claimed hotels.com had to refund me. Hotels.com claimed that the hotel had to refund me since i chose "reserve now pay at hotel". Neither multi million dollar company gave me my money back and I used a different app to book a different hotel.

I already complained about this property to the Expedia agent via text on Sat 3/30. The stay was bad enough that I asked for a refund. I have not heard back after my initial complaint. I am still requesting a refund. Please let me know the status on that. Thank you.

Fair

Check in/ out staff was nice and it was super quick. The hallways smelled on each floor.. when we stepped out of the elevator trash was all over the opening. Our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned you could see dust and chunks of dirt under the bed. There was hair in the shower, mold on the curtain, and when turning on the shower head, it’s not screwed on properly so shoots water up to the ceiling, which splashes all over- had to cover with wash cloth to stop. I stayed here before when it first opened and it was fine. Better than how it was this time around… it’s very loud and not a great experience for only a night.

Place was filthy. Hallways were littered with garbage and all the floors were sticky.

The room had mold, dirt, stains, and peeling paint. The staff was less han hospitable.

for my needs, it was in a favorable location to drive to wherever i needed to be. though the walls are thin, i had no trouble sleeping.

I drove three hours to the hotel. When I got there, they said they were full and I couldn’t stay there. My night was RUINED.

The hotel seems to be used for housing. There were people just hanging out in the lobby. They were there when I arrived at 7 and when I left at 10. There was a condom in my bathroom with led me to believe they just remade the bed and didn’t change the sheets. I didn’t stay the night. They couldn’t change my room I assume because it was full With the people they’re providing housing to. Totally gross.

I didn’t realize that extended stay was more than a business travelers situation, it seems like there are many people and families that live there. Unfortunately, as I checked in, I just felt uncomfortable, and as I went up to my room, there was a lot of smells of cigarettes and crying babies and loud music. When I went into my room, I locked the door immediately and checked cleanliness. I won’t say that it wasn’t topically clean, but it definitely was not deep cleaned and the whole room was in rough shape. I was honestly uncomfortable staying overnight so I slept on top of the covers the shower had hair in it. Was not a great experience at all. I would never go again. To be fair, I did not complain to the staff because they seemed like they were overwhelmed.

Thankful we were only staying one night! Smelled of cigarettes in hallway & room, hair in the bathroom sink & shower, dirty towels, bathroom door looked like someone punched it, window blinds were dirty & broken where anyone in the parking lot could look up & see directly into our room, extremely sticky floor, furniture in awful conditions (stained, scratched, sticky), and drawers missing or broken. I took pictures.

Was a great overnight

I didn’t enjoy my stay at this hotel at all. Unfortunately, I had to switch rooms four times before finally getting one without any issues. While I usually love staying at Extended Stay hotels, this particular experience was truly disappointing.
