Spent two nights, just ok. Kids in front of building playing hopscotch with chalk markings. Smoking all around the property. Run down room wall markings and furniture beat up.

Hotel is in very poor condition, very beat up, very dirty. Room was really beaten up with rips and gouges in furniture, fixtures & floors. TV has streaks and dark spots. Many guests complaining at the front desk at check in about various problems. Offered breakfast was only some stale coffee & a few plastic wrapped muffins. Very poor. Seemed to be understaffed and overrun with issues. The place is in bad need of renovation. The carpets in the hall were particularly nasty. Gross place and especially disappointing for the above average cost. Not a bad location though. Convenient to a lot things.

Avoid this property. Very dirty, smelly, noisy. No towels were given, no soap, no shampoo, mold on ceiling in bathroom, sheets stained all over, holes in the walls, cabinets missing doors. Absolutely horrific. Checked out after first night. Only reason I stayed there after seeing the room was that there was no vacancy anywhere else.

* Good location - right off Interstate 95 (but see below) * Plenty of parking * Price is moderate However there are several things off with this prorperty: * Location: Being besides I-95, it does gets noisy starting early morning through late night. * Smell: Strange foul smell from the bathroom that gets into the entire room (Cannabis or whatever), which eventually goes away after both the bathroom fan and A/C are on for a while. * Cleanliness: Several towels had stains in them, Full sized sofa bed had a soiled sheet. During my stay I saw a small cockroach and a large spider in the room. No free room service (comes with an extra charge) or stay of 7+ days (Weekly). * Service: No additional soap bars, no body wash, no conditioners, no extra pillows even upon request. TV remote was missing from the room, it took 2 days to get a working one. * Breakfast - since when did bland coffee + packaged blueberry muffins = Breakfast?

Couch in the room was all ripped up and really should be thrown out. Also TV did not work in the room. Staff was kind- def more of a motel vibe.

As i remodel a tenant bathrooom, i places them in the extended stay in what ithought from the pictures was a nice two bed room. Tenants reported that at night there was domestic violence calls, people just hanging out around the property which made them feel unsafe. Once inside the bathroom toilet seat was broken, blinds broken, mold in the ceiling, dirty vent, cabinets missing doors just very poor conditions. Once made aware of the condition i made reservations at a different hotel. Awful experience for my tenants to have experienced.

Everything was much dirtier than I am accustomed to. I did not sleep well due to the proximity to the highway and loud hallways.

Like being at home

There is nothing to do here. As soon as we crawled in bed the fire alarm went off so we had to wait for that to be cleared by firemen. Then we got no sleep because of people screaming in the hallway and people above us making noise all night. In the morning we found cockroaches in the sink. Pretty sure I was bit by bed bugs.

Terrible noisy and broken cabinets dirty bathroom

This property is in poor condition. The environment was so sketchy. As I pulled up to check in I saw people hanging outside smoking, a group of people hanging outside in their cars… the room had a musty scent. I ended up canceling my order the very night… because I felt unsafe…

My room was in terrible disrepair, although the plumbing was good. Walls with gashes. An entire drawer from the kitchen cabinet was missing. The shower curtain was covered at the bottom with black mold. Homeless man was sleeping overnight on a picnic table. The entire neighborhood seemed to be not safe or desirable. I stayed here because I refused to spend $400 a night downtown. For $150 a night, however, I expected a lot nicer place.

Was absolutely disgusting sheets had stains on them once you took the sheets off the bed sheet cover was absolutely disgusting. The top blanket was gross in the chair. I didn’t even wanna be around.

very dirty hotel with bad smells (crack?) in the hallways. I should never have stayed there!

The property is out dated and not very clean.

Close to sch but needs a hard goods update.
