Very helpful and friendly staff, great location, super clean rooms and great pool

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed the stay. The room allocated was spacious and comfortable. The room was cleaned everyday. I experience periodic issues with the WiFi within the room and with the TV signal. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfactory but not as good as in other hotels of a similar size etc. The pool area was very nice with plenty of space for those wishing to use it. The music was a bit loud. I used the gym and that was very good with a variety of machines and free weights available. The room had a nice balcony which was very pleasant for relaxing in. I found all the staff very friendly, helpful and professional.

Great hotel in a great location. Very close to the shopping, restaurants, center of town & beaches. The hotel pool & facilities as well as the entire staff were great as well.

This is a great hotel, we have stayed her 4 times. Always clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I visited Colombia for the first time and was happy with the location of this hotel! Walk to restaurants, shops, the Marina and beaches!

Great experience

The location was good. The staff lacked English competence although I managed to get by but at times that can be frustrating. One thing about the room I stayed in had a very unusual or impractical design of the vanity-the sink and the countertop which had no guard to catch water from dripping to the floor,from the sink countertop. I had a big towel in the floor to catch the dripping water. That was strange and something I’d never seen. Also the windows were not well soundproof. Overall, I think it was a decent place to stay.

The window seals were bad and it was difficult to keep the room cool. The LVT tiles were poorly installed and there were gaps between tiles. The shower seal was bad and water puddled in the floor. The floor was dirty and I had to wash the floor the day I arrived. The day before I left, my bottled water was not replenished, and the soft drinks in the mini bar were not replenished. I had to go out buy water myself.

Nice location, clean, modern and safe.

Brandon at the Lounge bar downstairs was exceptional! He was warm and welcoming and makes a VERY good Moscow Mule. The rest of the staff was very pleasant and the property is beautiful and the scenery is gorgeous!
