I give a deposit using BCA debit of 300 RM at the reception. But on my check-out he wasn't there and I waited until 12:30 not to come too. Until now I have not received my deposit refund for the room there is no problem good enough even though the tool is incomplete. There is no spoon and fork at all.

Very nice apartment unit. Clean and all available including washing machine and dryer. Perfect for family visit. Very close to bukit bintang (shopping and eating area). Also very close to jalan alor

Very nice and cozy room, great view and good location. Highly recommend place to stay in bukit bintang, kuala lumpur.

General facility was good, except room make up service and cleaning was inadequate.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are okay, the location is suitable for anywhere.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful but it takes too long for checking in. Also I have always been a loyalty customer of the app and I thought the hotel purchasing through app is inclusive of taxes and charges. But suddenly they collect a cleaning fee from me. How come inclusive of everything suddenly come out charging me a cleaning fee.
