Too late to inform me swimming pool is under maintenance made me feel so down.

The check-in process was very complicated because the receptionist asked for the ID card of the person who booked, even though I had shown the hotel voucher and reservation that matched the person who checked in. and usually check-in is also like that. second, my room's wooden floor was a bit splayed so when I stepped on it sometimes the door made a sound lol and I got a room with a view of an old and empty building, so I never opened the window because it was scary. third, if you have breakfast, when you take food, the eyes of the employees are watching what you take and it's like intimidating too wkwkw, and the toilet near the restaurant also doesn't work for wiping lol. yeah maybe because it's an old hotel. I hope it can be better in the future. thanks

The hotel is nice and spacious, directly facing the beach, the breakfast menu is also varied.

There was a power outage from 3pm to 9pm, the problem was there was no adequate parking area

Small elevator, difficult parking (no valet service), and poorly maintained pool. The electricity in the hallway and my room went out too. This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever stayed in. Not worth the price.

There are lots of mosquitoes in the room, I have requested to move to the 3rd floor but it has not been processed.

Very family friendly especially the bunk bed room. Get colorful toys & t-shirts for the little ones.

The hotel makes you feel at home, but for those with a garden view, the terrace could be cleaned more regularly.

Like the hotel atmosphere, have stayed here several times. But maybe the shower needs to be fixed, because the last time I stayed the water was not strong enough. That's all, I really like the hotel service, all the staff are friendly.

Booked 4 nights here, on the first day we were given room 369, the end of the room was not good and we had to walk a long way from the elevator, finally we asked to change rooms, the next day we were moved to room 212. The room was good, it was close to the lobby.

Comfortable for staycation. Kids can swim and enjoy the beach. The garden is also spacious and clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom shower and eco washer water are small. So it is very uncomfortable to take a shower, it doesn't feel clean and fresh.

It was fun and very happy to stay here, the food is delicious and the atmosphere is calm, the room is big and comfortable, the price is standard. Highly recommend to stay here.

I like how clean and well-managed the hotel is, but as an improvement, if you can replace the bidet to handshower bidet, and to fix the shower water in the bathroom, that would be perfect!
