Old hotel but clean and comfortable

The bed is as hard as a rock. Aircond is too cold, can't adjust slow

Clean room, nice bed. Many restaurant near the hotel.

Everything is good except the toilet flushing water leaking.

Booked room for 3 adults but actually received room for 2 single bed, even we checked out very late, they just sent the extra bed when we were in the room.

I have a pleasant stay. It was good, just that hotel might have a reno or deep clean especially at bathroom area. My shower was leaking, but its okay small matter. Hotel have a great staff at front desk. However please make sure your public area clean especially at toilet lobby and carpark. The rest just nice.

Satisfied with the accommodation. My request all fulfilled by the staff. I request for extra bed & one baby cot. Clean & comfortable. Parking is quite limited but enough. If we go to Melaka again, we will repeat.

Location is strategic in the heart of city. An old hotel with large room. I think the rate is overprice

We have so much fun and stunning day during our short vacation and stay. For sure we will be back again. Thank you to Ms. Laura to assist me during check-in very friendly. But I just want to give feedback about the food in the hotel. Food was terrible, I'm so sorry to say this but please please please get someone that know how to cook and have sense or passion bout food. Quality food need to be improve, that the main things to improve, that is the income for hotel business. Service, room and facilities are stunning. But interms of Food are terrible disaster. Street burger much more better then the hotel food.

Nice hotel, located across from Putra Specialist Hospital. Just cross the road. Good service. Only clean power is a bit lacking. The room floor is not clean.

Good service, very close to Putra Specialist Hospital, only about 30 meters from the hotel lobby to the Putra Specialist Hospital lobby. AC a bit too cold, maybe because it's raining outside.

Nice room conditions, Suitable for a big family.

Too many choices of room types. Buy the same type of room but why do you charge 70 ringgit cash when you check in?
