My family and I arrived around 12 noon and it turned out we could have an early check-in. Then I got a free room upgrade to Grand Deluxe. The room was big and had a big bathtub too. My child was very happy while staying at the hotel. There was also a playground facility, although the place was small. The food at breakfast was also varied and delicious.

My recent stay at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of sophisticated luxury and warm Indonesian hospitality. This hotel isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience deeply rooted in Jakarta's history, seamlessly blending its iconic heritage with modern elegance.

Staycation because I wanted to give a gift to Gianna who won the coloring competition. Gianna was very happy to stay here. And we are very satisfied as parents to be able to give the best for Gianna. Will stay here again. Because all the staff are very friendly and very helpful in explaining. The food is delicious and there are many choices of menus. I like the room the most because it is spacious and comfortable. The view is also the best!! The swimming pool also has a great view. I really like staying here.

There were a little bit of unpleasant experience because they gave me the wrong key. But then they fixed it right away. Though I had to go to the lobby again and of course bring my kids:), but yeah other than that great service 👏🏻.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of international and local dishes – something for everyone in the family. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with easy access to Grand Indonesia Mall and many attractions nearby. The rooftop pool was a family favorite, offering a relaxing spot to unwind while enjoying the cityscape. Overall, Kempinski delivered an impeccable blend of comfort, luxury, and warm hospitality. We felt pampered throughout our stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a premium staycation in Jakarta. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice hotel, great staffs. Only downside during our stay were the noise from the roundabout, especially late at night, and drainage smell from the toilet. Old hotel or not, that should not be a problem, especially for a 5-star.
