Very comfortable. The staff is great. Great value for money, every single time. Rooms are clean and organized well - good size. Their food is halal (as claimed by their chef). Quality is good as well. Very conveniently located.

Nice large room with reasonable facilities. Wi-Fi works just fine at least in the room I had on the fourth floor. No problem with shower but could do with larger towels. Hotel staff English is good. Staff supportive and efficient with good standard of service. The room was hot but this is probably much to do with Soviet era city heating not being very adjustable. I just opened a window and let some cold in. Heating was reduced at night by city/hotel. For summer I noted mosquito nets on windows. All in all not a bad experience compared to other offerings in city. Four rating is given on comparison with other Atyrau hotels

I love their summer terrace restaurant. The waiters speak English and the orders are quickly served. A great place to chat with friends over dinner. At the hotel, Aizhan, the receptionist is also very kind and helpful.

It was clean, tidy and the most important that I felt safe very much at the hotel..Rinat a young gentleman at reception desk helped me a lot during my short stay..no additional charges and immediate response to all the calls..no charges on transfers..thank you Rinat for warm welcome. Breakfast held accordingly. All covid 19 preventative measurements.Staff is very calm helpful.

The top floor has no elevator so I had to bring my luggage up the stairs. The trash bin in the rooms toilet was filthy. Other than that the room is ok
