Lots of dust, not very clean and the quilt cover is torn.

The air conditioner is very cold, it seems that it can only be adjusted to low or high, the toilet is very clean, and the service is also good

Parking is a bit difficult because parking spaces are very limited.

Toilet not too clean. Room quite small. The view is awesome. I got mosque view. The pool, awesome. Very clean. Not crowded. My kids very hepy. Will repeat

the room is ok... just a little less cold. View of the attractive room facing the mosque. Breakfast is the best.

Location: in front of the mosque and field, walking distance to tower 188. On Sunday nights there is a rust market in front of it, bundles, even the boys play best in front of it. Hotel breakfast is ok for the price paid. Hotel: The room is clean, there are plenty of pillows, there is an iron, there is water, there is a fridge... it's good. Pool: ok for boys. The staff are clean, the room is polite, they smile even though they look tired. Parking: Please add a disabled compartment for easy wheelchair access. Improvements: Please speed up the checkout system. Long wait at the counter 15-20 min (it's 12 o'clock when many people checkout, so there has to be an improvement to speed it up) Please have a welcome drink in front of the counter. Really tired while waiting for the room.

Travelling for work. Good location for quick stay within Kuantan City. Clean.

Nostalgic hotel. Still A+, only the carpet can be upgraded.. the food is good, it's just a slow refill. Keep going, Shahzan!

Aircond problem at one hotel, start check in promised 7pm set, set at 11.30pm. Broken at 2am, last check out at 4am because there is no fan in the room, no aircond is indeed a problem, it's weak with the little kid throwing a tantrum. Those who want to stay here at 2pm don't because the hotel also has no maintenance. The room is cramped, the little kid is stressed.

Need to add hotel parking because parking is quite limited and the parking space is quite narrow.

It was a good experience staying in this hotel. I checked in to the hotel quite late around 12.30am but the receptionist was very helpful and very friendly. It really made my day. Thank you so much.

2Nd time staying here. I love to stay here because there are big open space to park my car. Although need to pay some small money for it because the carpark were managed by MBK. Still affordable. Around rm0.65/hours or rm4.+ for whole day. Walking distance to many attractions.

Staff very friendly and breakfast also good their serve all local food.

Been staying here 3 weeks for business trip. This is one of my favorite hotel when visiting Kuantan. Easy access to nearby shop / eateries. Scenic view of the city. Located in the heart of Kuantan city. Walking distance to tourist spot and night market. Parking kind of super limited.

Very nice place and strategic location. Got the night market and football field.
