Overall, it's OK, but the friendliness should be increased.

I'm satisfied staying here, it's clean.. the room is big.. the AC is very cold, the service is good, the price is standard, I don't regret choosing this place👌

This hotel nearby komtar dan easy to find traditional Chinese food and durians. especially Musang king. The price also cheaper than other hotel.

The checkout process was very fast. The check-in process was long. Had to check in at 3. It would have been better if you could check in at 2.

The staff are lovely. The hotel is near the mall and tourist attractions. Near souvenir shops, convenience stores, delicious street food shops. The room is quite reasonable for the price.

Hotel Sentral is suitable for family members who want to seek medical treatment, especially if there are small children. The rooms are bright and there are many hawker centers around the hotel.

Always stay here if going to Penang for medical things. Some staffs are nice, some are not. If you want to go to the hospital from their shuttle services, especially in early morning, not recommended. We have booked a night earlier yet it was late by 1 hour. However, the surroundings are nice. Close to reflexology, pharmacy, and food stalls.

The location is okay, close to China Town, Cowrasta Market (one of the souvenir areas). Near Paranginan Mall. Then if you are looking for food, it's really easy, exit the hotel, turn left for 3 minutes to Jalan Macalister, you will find lots of places to eat and snacks. If you want to go to Island Hospital, it's a 30-minute walk,

During my 6-day stay, it was quite memorable. Most of the staff were friendly, but the friendliest was the security guard (Mr. Upu Daeng), unfortunately he will probably not be working anymore in a few months. The surrounding environment is the best. Lots of culinary, walking to Prangin Mall, 1st Avenue Mall & Gama Supermarket is about 10-12 minutes. The AC in the room was a bit cold. Breakfast was decent, just a bit less varied. Next time I go to Penang again, this Sentral Georgetown Hotel will definitely be my first choice.
