Overall, it's pretty good. Location wise, very strategic, lots of food nearby.

The room was very basic... the bed wasn't very comfortable, it felt springy. The bathroom was old-fashioned. When I first entered, there were stains on the sheets and the towels weren't white. The door was hard to close (too heavy). Luckily, the room was quite large and the location was very strategic.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with complete and spacious facilities, strategic location close to food stalls. Only breakfast tastes standard, the menu is not very varied. Thanks, Georgetown Central Hotel

The hotel is pretty good. Breakfast could be more varied, if only for a little more variety.

The room is quite spacious, the location is strategic. The hotel towels are a bit less clean.

Always book this hotel whenever I go to Penang, and I could say their cleanliness is improving as well as the staffs. Wheelchair friendly. We can put the baggage and I forget my stuff, and they still keep it. The surroundings are also nice, near two durian stalls (that sell the nice one) and a massage place (also my favorite).

Some of the towels are torn or worn out. There is a smell of cigarettes in the bathroom.

The hotel room was quite clean, although there was still some guest hair on the pillowcase. What was disturbing was the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom.
