Friendly, yes, even though there was a debate about wanting to check in quickly because we arrived early. So we had to wait until after 12 o'clock.

It was amazing to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is very cool, clean and the facilities are good.

Best location in town:), food is really standard since it is 3 star hotel. Some problem with water dripping in front of my door and water heater in my room sometimes didn't worked

Minus the hotel slippers, nothing else but it was pretty clean.

I saw the room ad as picture number 3. but it wasn't like that. The towels looked very worn out. But the hot tea was really delicious. This is my 3rd trip.

The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious

Check in must be at 3 pm… luggage can be left. Places to eat are just a short walk away.

The only I like about this hotel is the location. Nearby to most food hunting spot. The others please improve.

The hotel staff is nice, the bedroom is spacious, the bed is okay, but the shower faucet in the bathroom is a bit small.

The breakfast is delicious and complete. The room is quite good.

ideal location, many places to eat around the hotel, can walk to first avenue mall and komtar. Friendly staff, there is a free shuttle car to the hospital. Standard room, cleanliness can be improved. the room key card did not work on the 2nd day, went back and forth to the receptionist up to 3 times to change the card still could not open the room door, finally helped by a staff who happened to be passing by with the master key.

The room is quite clean. Staff is helpful. Near macalister street food. Old hotel but they keep renovating.

Clean & comforts, close to food center. Will stay again in next visit.

It's really good overall. Only the price can go up on weekends even though the hotel still has empty rooms.

The staff was friendly, but shower holder cannot hold the shower. Cleanliness can be improved. It is also time for them to upgrade their hotel internal fixtures.
