Our family stayed in a deluxe 2-bed room, husband, wife, 2 children, which we ordered with breakfast for 4 people, when we wanted to have breakfast it was explained that it was only for 2 people, even though what we bought on the application was according to the promotion for breakfast for 4 people, we also explained this to the hotel, by showing our hotel room order, but the hotel still said it was only for 2 people

It's quite good for business and leisure, the staff is not very friendly.

Breakfast is not good, you have to queue for a dining table, but when guests come from Beru, they can be allowed to pass and get a place first because the boss/maybe they give more tips so they can skip the queue, and in the end they eat on the 2nd floor because the queue for food is already long.

My first experience at this hotel was amazing, it was absolutely perfect. I'll be staying at this hotel again sometime.

The best hotel room we've ever booked. Everything was spotless, the air conditioning was cool and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, the hot water was flowing, the food was delicious, and the balcony had a beautiful view of Batam city. Thankfully, we got a great deal on a weekday, only around IDR 400,000.
