the staf is frendle and good f

Our family stayed at this hotel for 2 days and 2 nights, it was very pleasant, with a fairly large and clean room, and with a city view and close to the city center, so it was easy to shop for necessities, but there was no WIFI access at the swimming pool and fitness club.

Clean and great, I like it and really enjoy the view from the hotel toward Singapore. It's close to many shopping centers.

Recommended hotel, will come again if on holiday with family.

the staff is very friendly.. easy check in and check out. comfortable and complete facilities. basically if you go to Batam, you will definitely want to come to this hotel again

It's more relaxed here, everything is close, there are lots of menus for breakfast too.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful in lifting the suitcases, which is the best thing.

The most comfortable and great place. Suggestion for breakfast is to provide soup type food. The room is really cold, even though the AC has been turned off. Complete bathroom facilities, cleanliness is really great, the balcony is also clean. Overall great, highly recommended to stay here again
