This is our second time staying at Planet Holiday, and it still feels just as great! We even got a better room than last time. The breakfast buffet could use a bit more variety, especially in the pastries. Hope to see more next time :) Thanks!

Wow, no need to ask, I always stay here when I bring my children to Batam on vacation, besides the facilities and food, the rooms also make my children feel at home, and the hotel is always busy, so I don't feel afraid if I go out in the hotel corridor at night, the hotel staff are friendly, and if I want to swim without bringing a swimsuit, there are swimsuit rentals too, so it's a complete package if I stay here.

Have stayed here several times and been satisfied, the service never fails, it's all good.

Favorite hotel, every time I go to Batam I definitely stay at Planet Holiday Hotel. And I have recommended it to my friends and relatives. All facilities are complete, well-maintained, clean, 6 lifts so you don't have to wait long, friendly staff, very strategic location, varied food menu. Message: Hopefully it will be maintained.

Every time I go to Batam, I always stay at the Planet Holiday Hotel. Strategic location, close to the mall, places to eat, places to buy souvenirs or goods. Friendly staff service, clean environment, clean rooms, clean hallways to the room, varied breakfast. I happen to be allergic to dust, it will relapse if I enter a room that is not cleaned or a room that has not been used for a long time. When I go on holiday out of town, I immediately know the condition of the room is not right. But for Batam, I have found a great one at this Planet Holiday Hotel. Hopefully it will be maintained, especially the cleanliness

A hotel suitable for vacationing and relaxing with family, close to the matchmaking market and several shopping centers and Padang restaurants to fast food. Good service, clean, and friendly. Free shuttle bus to the mall is available. Great breakfast with several menu choices
