When I booked a Superior King Room, the app stated it would include a city view and a bathtub. But when I arrived and informed the staff member, they said it was just a city view, and if I wanted a bathtub, I'd have to add another RM 50. So, I felt like I was really losing out. I'd paid for it but didn't get what was listed. So, I just proceeded with the room they gave me without the bathtub.

I had a very comfortable stay here for 2 nights. I love the spacious room and comfy bed, plus ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Throughout my stay, the staff were very accommodating and able to fulfil my request promptly. The breakfast buffet was tasty with plenty of menu varieties. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel in the future if they are able to keep this standard of service.

Wonderful experience, we are so glad that we chose to stay here, especially the food is marvelously amazing. Lots of variety of traditional and western choices.

The staff here very very nice and friendly. The swimming pool is kid friendly, they provide the swimming float for kid. Very convinient to find food , in hotel alone got shabuya and Chinese restaurant. Highly recommended. Nice hotel.

Booked Deluxe King Room. Was given a room with a bad smell. Changed to another room. No smell but the electric in the room is not working (the master control) whereby you cannot select do not disturb. One comment from me is poor management.

The bathroom sink tap was leaking. Breakfast served traditional dishes. The outdoor breakfast area was awesome.

I stayed in room 1717, the air conditioning was not strong, please service and check the air conditioning. Overall everything was very okay. Staff very politely.

I recently stayed here during Thaipusam season. Their room and breakfast is good, but the room service food is really expensive. Moreover, they charged for parking. Even underground parking, they charged per hour RM2. I'm not sure why you are charging for hotel underground parking. The hotel should provide free parking for their customers. I think you should consider the parking fee. We pay for the hotel plus need to pay for parking also? Also, the baby cot with a stainless steel frame is like a hospital crib. TV channels also not clear at all.

Close to the city center, quiet place, close to tourist destinations. Lastly, I booked an apartment type but there was a problem with the balcony door not being able to lock. The staff quickly responded and changed to a hotel type without any additional costs.
