Hi Great hotel and spa facilities in a lovely location not far from the lifts. Had a junior suite which was excellent. Breakfast good and looked after by excellent waiting staff. Unfortunately let down by the evening menu food. Trying to be "a la carte" very small portions with little or no meat in alot of dishes. Lacking traditional Italian food.

Great value for the price. Pleasant staff. Brand new spa never too crowded. Massage was really good. Breakfast also very good. We had two dinners one was nice, one was ok. Room was small, we should have booked a superior room instead. Location is also good within walking distance from ski-lifts. Star rating probably off. I would say a very good three star hotel if I compare to other 4 stars in the Alps but I think it’s a great value. Would stay again.

Visited March 2019. Lovely hotel, great accommodation, location and value for money. Would have been a five star review but... - read the website carefully; the spa isn't actually at the hotel its 20mins away. - the waiting staff at breakfast/dinner need to be more attentive (hotel staff otherwise were really great), - the chef garnished every plate of food with strawberry sauce. Didn't ruin the otherwise excellent food but was just weird!

Lovely hotel. Great staff and lovely food. Dropped one star for limited vegetables with dinner.
