Overall enjoyable but could make a few improvements.
- Beds : At the time of booking there was no mention that the beds would be 2 singles pushed together with separate sheets, and no option to have an actual double bed. I feel this should be an option as this was not the most enjoyable option for my husband and I for our weekend away
- Parking : I specifically asked prior to arrival if there was parking, which there is but I was not told that it had to be reserved, so when we arrived no parking available [and very difficult in surrounding areas in peak season] and had to go on a waiting list for a space. one did become available but the first 24 of having to keep moving the car and paying at the meter every 4 hours was inconvenient
- Padel : I made enquiries about playing Padel as the hotel advertises this, the clube that the passed me on to a different hotel as they would not take a booking for just free play
- Breakfast : Good selection and I must make comment on the delicious fresh orange juice, but the size of plates are tiny! If this is an attempt to reduce how much people take it does not work, it just means that everyone was trying to fit 3 or 4 plates on each plate setting as the plate barely held just 2 slices of toast let alone anything else.
- Spa Area : I was made to purchase a swim cap for 4 euros, only to find that no one else in the spa area was being asked to wear one and the policy of them was not enforced, so it felt like I was asked for 4 euros for nothing, I would not mind paying if their own rules were enforced.
Positive Comments : Lovely and convenient location, very nice terrace to the room and the room was nice and clean and the shower towels were a good size.
Edit after hotels response : I just wanted to edit this post to acknowledge that this is one of the best responses I have received from a business, to accept the constrictive feedback and at least they will take them on board, is one of the lost professional responses I have seen in a long time - so thank you to the hotel for this
