I recently stayed at Somerset Kuala Lumpur, and I must say it was an excellent experience. The hotel is impressively clean, and the attention to detail in maintaining hygiene is noticeable. One of the standout features is the well-equipped kitchenette in the room. It includes all the essentials you might need for cooking or dining, such as pots, pans, a stove, plates, knives, glasses, a dining table, and even a refrigerator. Additionally, they provide a washing machine, which is incredibly convenient for longer stays. The facilities are thoughtfully designed, making it feel more like a home away from home. For anyone looking for a comfortable and functional place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, Somerset is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended!

It is a good ambience hotel and did give me a good image about the hotel, and fast check in at 1 pm and the interior of the room was exactly the same as in the picture. The location was good and a mall nearby. Thanks for the hospitality from the hotel staff.

Everything is the best. But for the parking fee that is charged to hotel customers rm10 a day. May be waived for hotel customers. If possible.

Everything are satisfied exclude for breakfast since somerset Kuala Lumpur are served as pack breakfast not buffet breakfast.

I had pleasant stay here. Room spacious, comfy and super clean. Only the problem is, the staffs reception should remind me about the parking fee. Never use TnGo card. Cannot validate. I paid RM98 for one night parking fee. 😭.

It was nice and quiet hotel to stay big room with kitchen and sitting area. The staff was very helpful and kind. Check in was delayed due to error booking. I booked 2 rooms but only 1 confirmed. It took time to get us room.
