Every time I visit Medan, I always stay at Swiss Bellin Medan Jalan Surabaya. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Access to dining is very easy. The mall and train station are also very accessible. Definitely recommended, and I'll always stay there if I go to Medan.

When I first checked in yesterday, the staff were all friendly. However, there was a problem with the phone network, so I had to go downstairs to order food to be delivered to my room. Overall, it's fine for just a night out.

Been stayed at this hotel many times. This time the hotel just finished renovation with a new look restaurant & reception. Clean & spacious room, cool aircon, friendly staff.

Overall okay, worth the price. We added an extra bed to the superior deluxe room, the space became limited but not too cramped. The beds were comfy, we all had a good sleep. The breakfast which was included in the room rate was okay too.

I've been a regular here when I visit Medan. The hotel is family-friendly. I really enjoy it here, with a wide variety of culinary options. This hotel is very comfortable. From childless to having children :D

Every time I visit Medan, I always stay here. Swiss-Belinn Medan has become my second home in Medan. It's comfortable, clean, and the rooms aren't too big, but they're not too small either. The AC is cold, the water heater is hot, and the hair dryer works perfectly. See you on your next visit.
