I was helped to check in faster because I arrived earlier than the hotel check-in time which was 14:00. I was able to enter the room at 11:00 so I didn't have to wait long in the hotel lobby, and I was able to rest. Thanks Swiss-Bellinn.

In my opinion, for a 3 star it is very good, the staff is friendly but I don't think there is a smoking area in the restaurant. It is also good and can be a reference if you want to stay in Medan.

So far it's good but needs to be more on the Wi-Fi connection and staff service. I asked for spoons but needed to go down to take them from the restaurant.

1 thing missing, if you want to borrow cutlery, you are told to go downstairs, the reason is that the kitchen doesn't have access upstairs, in 2025 there will still be people like this

my experiences here everythings good, comfortable, and the staff was nice. And the food is So delicious. But one thing that I want to tells about the variant of the food in day 1 and day 2 is seems like similar. I hope you guys can add some kinds of food that not similar that make us boring about it. thats it. thankyou
