Always love staying here because the location is right in the heart of Medan city. Easy to get food cause it nears culinary places. Staffs all very helpful. Room and bathroom are clean.

I really enjoyed my stay at Swiss Bellin. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the food was delicious.

Pay attention to the gym facilities again, because there are some tools that cannot be used and are incomplete, such as chairs for lifting dumbbells.

The breakfast variety is okay, the hotel is also clean. But the size of the twin bed is small. It seems like 90cm or 1 meter only.

Strategic location is enough. Service. Service. Food is so-so

Overall a good stay at a rather modern hotel. 3 star hotel but probably could be 4. Family suite was really huge and the breakfast had one of the best spreads we had. However, beautiful on the surface there were issues on a closer look. There was a smell in the room, especially the bathroom. The suite was not very well cleaned - dressing table still had fake lashes from the previous guest. Jacuzzi could not work the water was yellowish and with a smell.

Suitable for business trips, location is close to food stalls.

I was given room 301, very noisy with the sound of machines in the room, I asked to change, the front office staff did not send a key for a replacement room, I was told to go down to the fo. I went to the fo, it turned out that the replacement room was not available, I was told to wait while the person in question talked about me with the staff who would change my room. Honestly, it is very unethical, and this is the first bad experience in a hotel like Swiss Bell.

The stay was good, reasonable price. For the breakfast itself it can be varies, different each day. But somehow not all unit have the access to natural light.

When I go to Medan, I always stay here.

Noisy and uncomfortable, service is just so-so.
