When I arrived, there were no security guards or bellboys on standby in the lobby, even though I had a large suitcase and no one was there to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The air conditioning was cool, and the food was standard, but there was no egg corner. Many guests cleared tables themselves and put them in the clearing trolley. Perhaps one person could be on standby to actively clear tables. Staff members, except for the front desk, did not greet guests.
