A fairly comfortable hotel, with a super strategic location, just a short walk to Malioboro, with ample access to food, simply the best.

The location is strategic and the rooms are clean, but it's a shame that there is no parking directly at the hotel, but in the field behind the hotel so it's hot and rainy.

The location is very close to Malioboro Street, making it easy to explore the tourist attractions of the Palace, Tamansari, Museum, etc. The staff are friendly, willing to store bags, and facilitate special requests (ask for a room facing the street).

The location is quite strategic, close to Malioboro, but the facilities and other things are just so-so, they could be better.

When I arrived, there were no security guards or bellboys on standby in the lobby, even though I had a large suitcase and no one was there to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The air conditioning was cool, and the food was standard, but there was no egg corner. Many guests cleared tables themselves and put them in the clearing trolley. Perhaps one person could be on standby to actively clear tables. Staff members, except for the front desk, did not greet guests.

I'll definitely stay at Whiz again when I go to Jogja. It's very close to Malioboro, and there's a ton of food nearby. It's top notch.

A favorite hotel for tourists. It's absolutely beautiful, clean, close to Malioboro, easy access, pleasant staff, and all the facilities are functional. I'll definitely stay here again. I recommend it.

The staff, Erin and Ninik, were very friendly. We arrived at 10:30 a.m., and we were allowed early check-in. The room and toilet were clean, and it was five steps from Malioboro.

Just arrived, got on a pedicab, security quickly unloaded my luggage, then went in and was greeted by Ms. Avi at the reception. She was friendly, helped check me in, and was very responsive. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly. I especially liked the laundry service, which was ready the same day. The room service was also very reasonably priced. The location is excellent, very close to Malioboro. You can even leave your bags at the front desk before and after checking out. I was very satisfied with my stay here; if I return to Malioboro, I'll definitely stay here.
