Stayed in a room with 1 queen bed & 1 single bed, the room was not as expected. The room was dusty. The coffee table was full of ants. The carpet was dusty. The dressing chair was broken. The bathroom was not clean. The closet was dirty, some of the tiles were broken. Open the window, the view was really dirty x lots of cigarette butts. Then at night it was noisy x close to people singing (karaoke) Needs to be fixed for comfort. Thank you

Strategic location and close to places to eat

very spacious hotel can accommodate a family of 5-6 people..affordable price..near Tulang Laut..food around and market are many and delicious, you can find halal or non-halal ones..if you want to buy souvenirs, it is also near the market. clean hotel, friendly service..the hotel is nice, can be used for souvenir selfies. the downside is there is no refrigerator if you want to store cold food or drinks

The worst hotel. So smelly so dusty dirty. The environment got so many x women. Definitely not for family stay. Especially with kids. Because the room so smelly smoke. Must be so many people smoke in the room.

It's a shame that now they don't give you 2 room keys anymore, and they don't give you tea and sugar.

The hotel is very comfortable. Although it does not provide breakfast and meals, there are many culinary delights around the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Very recommended.

When I entered, it was already dirty and dusty, the carpet was dirty and not vacuumed. I had to ask for a vacuum. The walls were dusty as if they had not been left in for years. The smell of cigarettes and dust could be felt when entering the hotel area.

The location is excellent, walking distance to lots of food, shopping (the store), convenient store, massage. Room is clean and spacious, value for money for a 3star hotel. Will be back again.

So dirty. The bed divan is full of dust, the tissue all turn black wiping it. Under the bed also many dirts. The towel hanger also broken. The towel is awfully smell. Nightmare!

The hotel already looks quite old with minimal facilities, for the check-in process you really have to wait until 14.00 local time and need a deposit of 50RM. In the area outside the window, it turns out there is no view of the street but 1 empty area that was found to have a lot of cigarette butts [the type of room I took was non-smoking]] there are probably naughty guests smoking in that area because it can be accessed via the window. In my opinion, it is not worth it, the price of 550K and without breakfast is very far from expectations. However, the only thing that is quite entertaining is the environment, there are quite a lot of shops or restaurants.

Honestly speaking this hotel is far beyond the expectations compared to the photos seen in their app. Carpet is very dirty & the shower tap & shower head are leaking. The window view is being obstructed by a big panel where you can't see anything outside on the road. There are no chairs in the room where you can sit. There are no wall socket beside the bed. There are water boiler & safe in the wardrobe The room TV very small & TV program are very limited & movie pictures very fuzzy. Aircon not very cold. Wifi connection not very stable and very slow.
