The hotel Wi-Fi or connection [is] ] very bad, other [things are] ] still OK, but [at] ] night time [when a] ] group check [s] ] in, we [were] ] disturbed by them [calling the] ] desk, but still no use. [We] ] got a very bad experience on that day, [we] ] totally can't rest from 12 AM - 3 AM

Staff is good and nice, but I do not much like the room. All look quite rundown, overall is quite OK.

The location is very close to JB Central

The floor carpet outside the room is old, it should be replaced because it smells a bit. For those who smoke, you can't smoke in the hotel.

I stayed here for 2 nights, expecting it to be crowded, and the center of the city - maybe no longer the center of the city, because the mall/plaza is like a dead city, many empty tenants. 1-1 the only thing that was busy until night was the local karoke place, and the sound reached my room. until 1-2 am I could still hear the sound of karoke and the sound of people stacking plates/glasses. It seems like the center of the mall crowd is in KSL city, or JB Sentral - the distance is not too far but you have to take a bus / car first to get there. The room is quite spacious, but looks dirty and dusty on some sides. The bathroom looks clean but if you look in detail there are traces of dirty water/mildew on the corners of the door. wifi, I didn't expect too much, but it was completely unusable ahaha. In general, it's pretty good, but could be improved.

The hotel staff is very professional.

Facilities such as towel and trash cans, sandals are not provided.

It is an old hotel, but the room is acceptable. The staff are friendly and the maintenance guy came to fix the showers very fast. Overall, it is good for the price I have paid.

friendly and very helpful staff. the room is clean. the towels are also clean. I just don't like it when I open the gitden view, the empty room is filled with unused chairs. the ceiling is low so it feels uncomfortable for me. the location is good. there are 2 money changers, family mart even food court and karaoke, also other shophouses that are adjacent to this hotel

Stayed in a room with 1 queen bed & 1 single bed, the room was not as expected. The room was dusty. The coffee table was full of ants. The carpet was dusty. The dressing chair was broken. The bathroom was not clean. The closet was dirty, some of the tiles were broken. Open the window, the view was really dirty x lots of cigarette butts. Then at night it was noisy x close to people singing (karaoke) Needs to be fixed for comfort. Thank you
