Overall very satisfied. Friendly staff. Rooms are incredibly clean. I was just disappointed that I wasn't helped with my heavy suitcase. Instead, I was just stared at 🥲

Staff friendly. Location about 10 mins to malioboro and 15 mins to station tugu. Room spacious, I booked twin bed (for me twin bed size is standard) note that no lift, so you need to carry your luggage or ask staff assistance (they offered this service). Thank you and nice to stay here:)

Good service, okay and fast, on the second day the hot water started to decrease so that only warm water came out. But still worth it to be staying in this hotel. Security is very fast response, 5 stars.

Staying here, the atmosphere is calm, the breakfast is delicious and varied. The only downside is that the room is damp, when was the last time it was cleaned? Why is it dusty?

comfortable room, unfortunately the water heater doesn't work properly, sometimes the hot water works, sometimes it doesn't, the cable TV is not fun, there are no good channels, the color is also bad, the breakfast is bad, no variety, the taste is just okay, overall it's okay, budget 300s

The sheets were covered in blood and were no longer white but yellow. They were not clean and there was hair. The lights were off and you couldn't smoke either.

This hotel is pocket-friendly, but the cleanliness of the room is very well maintained. The room is clean and tidy. For breakfast, it is delivered to the room with a simple menu of fruit and tea (enough for a budget hotel). The downside of this hotel is that there is no elevator, if you bring a lot of luggage and for the elderly it is not suitable (if you get a room on the 2nd floor) and the entrance to the south side is closed at night (because this hotel is adjacent to public housing)

Quite satisfying with the promo price. The building seems to be renovated so it looks nicer and cleaner. Although the room is a bit narrow for praying, the bathroom is clean, comfortable and the Wifi is fast.

Check in at 10 pm, got a room on the first floor. Unfortunately, the room my child occupied smelled very strongly of cigarettes. Asked for a change of room but it turned out to be full. The condition of the room should have been checked first when checking out.

There is no lift, only realized when I booked the hotel 😅. The wifi tends to lag, sometimes the room door is difficult to open so you have to ask the staff around you for help. Check-in and checkout times cannot be requested. As for the rest, it's pretty ok so far.
