The worst experience ever of mine Deliberately late check-in instead couldn't should be at 14.00 I arrived at 16.00 but was told to wait room service/management already knew it was a long weekend, had to be alert when it was time to check out breakfast was only yellow rice, stir-fried tempeh, crackers, cucumber usually not like this

Friendly staff, good hotel quality for that price

I've had 2 staycations here, I've never tried the breakfast lol for the strategic location. The staff are not friendly! The ladies are really rude, it makes me in a bad mood.

The hotel staff is friendly, very nice to stay here, recommended. There are only a few inputs. The AC is not cold enough and the legs of the bed need to be fixed, because some of them are already shaking. Otherwise there are no problems.

Cheap hotel, cool air, very spacious room, large parking area & swimming pool + breakfast included. NB: Cold AC (after I washed the filter) bonus 🤣🤣

The staff is safe and friendly, the rooms are clean and tidy.

Take a super deluxe balcony room, check in is not prompt, the receptionist is empty, confirmation is late as if there is doubt & confusion, you always have to ask for water, for example, if you don't ask, maybe it won't be delivered/not available, the cleanliness of the room is a bit dusty, the floor is smelly, the AC is smelly, Very little hot water, almost non-existent.

To be honest, I was a bit skeptical when I saw the reviews, but when I came, thank God, it was beautiful, especially the first receptionist, who gave her thumbs up to please raise her salary, very friendly, helpful staff, comfortable atmosphere, cheap and clean prices. Anyway, don't regret coming here for cheap, you can get everything 👌😍 this is an honest review.

The service and rooms were less than satisfactory, like my room which smelled damp and the toilet was poorly maintained.

The rooms are ok, clean, the AC is cold, the hot water works, I got a room with a balcony with a mountain view, so far so good. The swimming pool is clean but it hurts the eyes. There's less variety for breakfast but it's worth the price. Recommended to stay here again.

Staff nya oke, ramah dan helpful kalau diminta tolong, yg zonk kebersihannya dan banyak kecoak, saya nemu 4 kecoa dan 1 bayi kecoa. Dan setelah liat review di google trnyata ada juga yg review yg sama. Duh gak rekomended bgt. Saya booking disini krn mendadak pergi jd byk hotel di dkt pusat kota full. Dan hanya ini yg tersisa, dan cukup hanya 1 x saya kesini. Maaf reviewnya jelek, utk perbaikan hotel ini ke depan agar lbh baik dlm hal semuanya. Yg baik dr hotel ini hanya karyawannya yg okeoke dan lokasi nya lumayan oke.

Stayed because I ran out of transit from Java, so it was impromptu. Got a cheap hotel and checked in at 20.40, added an extra bed. Because the hotel is old, it has its drawbacks, in my opinion extra beds are too expensive and the condition of the mattress springs makes you sick, the room door cannot be locked from the outside, breakfast is just rice soup and bala-bala. But it feels okay. Hopefully the facilities can be better, the wifi signal is bad in the top rooms.

Baru Kali ini Pengalaman, Voucher dari Traveloka telah terbit, Namun begitu sampai Haotel katanya nggak Ada data masuk /error, Kesalahan sistem di Traveloka kata resepsionis nya, Aneh juga menurut saya, Karena sethu saya, biasanya pihak Agensi gak akan Menerbitkan Voucher kalau Belum ada konfirmasi dari pihak hotel nya 😀😀. Akhirnya kami di pindah ke Augustta Yang lain, Dengan di Janjikan di ganti kamar Sweet /tertinggi (saya pesan Deluxe balcony) Dan begitu sampai di hotel pengganti (masih augusta) Eh katanya belum ada konfirmasi dari pihak hotel Augusta Setiabudi, Setelah menunggu agak lama, akhirnya ada konfirmasi, dan di berikan 2 kamar pengganti, Namun di sini saya kembali protes, karena saya pesan Double bed bukan twin bed, dan Kelas yang di berikan kelas standar room, Setelah nego-nego alot akhirnya kami di kasih juga kamar sweet room, namun tetap tak bisa mengobati kecewa Lelah dan Terbuangnya waktu istirahat setelah perjalanan jauh, Sangat di sayangkan Kejadian ini, Hati hati saja yang mau pesan lewat Agen online untuk hotel yang satu ini. Cuman itu saja yang sampai saya tulis review ini, masih terasa mengganjal di hati. Kamar Ok bersih. Ac dingin. Shower ok. Sarapan Sedanya (sesuai rate budget sih wajar) satu lagi Anak-anak kecewa, jadi gak bisa berenang karena di hotel pengganti tidak ada fasilitas kolam renang seperti hotel Ini

Room bagus, kamar mandi oke, overall good.
