Quite friendly, close to city center, clean rooms

Everything is okay, maybe 70 for the food.

Maybe the food could be more varied. But otherwise it's okay. The room is okay and has a spacious balcony.

The staff service is satisfactory, extremely friendly and polite. The buffet has a delicious taste, could be increased variety of local food (e.g. herbal medicine), the staff is quick to clean up used cutlery. The room layout is comfortable (deluxe room), complete amenities. Suggestions can be added gallon dispenser at the end of the hallway for refilling drinking water. The availability of the balcony really adds to my comfort (the balcony paint maintenance can be improved to improve the facade). The valet is very helpful, friendly and skilled. The swimming pool water is also fresh (feels less chlorine, because my eyes do not sting). Overall, this hotel is very pleasant for my family vacation (2 adults + 1 child).

Parking was tight, even with valet assistance in the end. The bathroom mat was thin, so I had to add another one.

The room is too small and the bathroom is a bit smelly... Breakfast is okay

My stay at the Grand Savero was truly satisfying. The staff were friendly and responsive. From the front desk and receptionist to those we met in the hallway, everyone was welcoming. There are two swimming pools, one 60 cm deep and one 120 cm deep. There's also a playground for children. The mall is a 7-10 minute walk away.

It was actually a pleasant stay at the Grand Savero Hotel Bogor. Yesterday, I encountered a few issues when visiting the closest tourist attraction, the Bogor Botanical Gardens. Usually, I'm allowed to enter through the door directly in front of the hotel, but yesterday I was forced to move to another door, which was quite far away, so it was a bit uncomfortable. I also happened to get a room with a very dirty toilet seat (next time, please pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilet and closet). Other features and cleanliness were good. The other facilities were all pleasant and good. The only issues were these two things. Because I was staying with my friends, I felt it was quite enjoyable for my 2-day, 1-night stay here. The food in the restaurant was delicious, as usual, with a wide variety. The Wi-Fi was also quite satisfactory, connecting as soon as I entered the room. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay, and thank you Grand Savero for upgrading my room at no additional cost. I was very happy 😊

I don't regret staying here. It's nice, comfortable, clean, and the staff are also nice. There's a playground, gym, spa, and breakfast is good for kids if they don't want a heavy meal. I'll stay here again next year for my anniversary.

The staff is fast response and friendly.. only during breakfast the omelette tasted too dense like a rolled omelette, but the restaurant food is delicious. other than that, it's comfortable and very strategic.

The staff is friendly, I got a hook-up room, it was really nice and spacious. The downside is the parking is narrow, so you have to park parallel, making it difficult to get in and out of vehicles.

Yes, everything is ok, just check in at night and check out in the morning.
