toilet no water & poor facilities on toilet able to walk from airport to hotel with proper road

I really felt comfortable staying at the Grand City Makassar Hotel

there is a price for appearance, right? There is a welcome drink in the form of 2 bottles of mineral water There is AC, wifi, towels, soap attached to the bathroom Unfortunately the bidet cannot be used And there is no TV

It's just sad, the bathroom and the dipper are not suitable, sorry.

Unfortunately the bathroom is located at the back with an open roof. There is no privacy, people can peek at us taking a shower or going to the toilet.

No TV because according to the manager, the highland conditions require a satellite dish that has poor signal (why can other hotels?), there is a water heater, but there is no gas so it cannot be used (invest in solar cells or use melon gas), the bed is of poor quality, the mattress does not have full springs and the mattress base is only a wooden rafter without plywood/blockwood, which is prone to the mattress going under, there is an intercom telephone facility in the room, but the telephone cable is cut.

Room view is different from description.

The toilet was broken, toothbrushes were not provided. Forced to brush teeth by hand.

Beautiful view, I would recommend to everyone bring your vehicle upstair too because it 's a hill.

The road is sloping and steep. The room is not complete with electricity facilities and poor cabinets. The bathroom is good. The price compared to the quality is quite expensive. M.

Selalu jadi tempat yang ekonomis. Biar selalu ramai.

Jaringan WiFi tidak bisa diakses padahal sangat dibutuhkan untuk bekerja, kamar mandi lantainya pecah sehingga sangat mengganggu pada saat mandi serta tidak menyediakan tempat sampah. Juga minuman teh untuk sarapan pagi sudah dingin sehingga tidak enak di minum.

Room is OK for sleep only and only for sleep, no breakfast, plugs are far from bed, Mosquito, no blanket.

When we arrived the Trainee at the desk phoned someone and it seemed they weren't expecting us even though we had booked a room via app. Then he brought us to a room which had the old sheets from the guests before on the bed. My husband asked twice for new sheets and the Trainee lied and said that they were fresh, but he just made the bed with the old ones. We even found an Visa receipt from the guests before under the blanket so the sheets were definitely not fresh. The floor wasn't clean either. There were hairs lying around and in the bathroom there was a full garbage bag. The Wifi was weak and I couldn't use it from the room or the terrace. They gave us free water and towels (we had to ask for it and picked everything up) and the breakfast we ordered, but they didn't speak any English and for the price and three stars we expected more - at least a clean room.

The hotel staff was good, helped carry the suitcase to the room, the water had turned off so I panicked in the morning. But it was resolved immediately after the clerk called. Suggestion at night the water in the reservoir is filled because in the morning there are definitely a lot of users.

You're dirty, the water is small, the atmosphere is dark, if you have dinner a bit far, you have to take a motorcycle taxi if you walk in the dark, the employees are many apprentices.

Private room and private bathroom, not the cleanest hotel I have seen and the bathroom needs some renovation. But for the price and the location (you can go by walk to the airport and the city center) overall is it good.
