To improve the service, especially the rooms and hot water in the bathroom is not working

Comfortable just bathroom shower problem

No air conditioner. No fan. No fridge. Faulty light switch, no hot water at first, then no water in the morning. Breakfast was awful. Just fried rice, vegetables and noodles. Luckily had good omelette. Coffee was traditional and awful. There was a low concrete beam above the stairs. I am only 170cm tall, but hit my head on the beam when walking down, watching the steps.

Overprice compare with services. Very limited option for meals (2), cats everywhere in restaurants area, no hot water at all. Plus point only good view.

Access may not be directly close to the lake, but the view offered is extraordinary, the cleanliness of the room is very good, spacious and also comfortable. The atmosphere is like having a Balinese nuance, although the food is standard but the variety is very much. The next best is the hotel manager Mr. Budi who is kind enough to provide and serve very friendly, outstanding!

Not recommended, when I stayed for 800 thousand a night, the room was hot because there was no air conditioning, no hot water, the room had to go up to the 3rd floor, there was no lift, so it was quite a waste of time, the location is in the middle of the village, at night it was noisy with the sound of people singing and the sound of dogs continuing to bark, it's difficult if you want to find food, you have to go out some distance.

The hotel staff were good security guards, receptionists at drop in/out, not very friendly when I stayed overnight on a two-wheeled vehicle with my wife and children, previously I had stayed in my private car, the hotel staff, security guards and porters were very friendly (sent greetings). In fact, I rented a motorbike to make it easier to travel around Parapat and Samosir with my wife and children. Staying at this hotel has a very nice view of Lake Toba, especially in the afternoon and the swimming pool, my child really likes it, the rooms are clean and spacious.

Saya memesan 2 kamar superior lake view, 1 dengan twin/single bed kamar 203, 1 lagi double bed kamar 202. Staff di hotel ramah dan sigap, pelayanan prima. Overall untuk pelayanan dan fasilitas sudah memuaskan, hanya saja untuk pilihan kamar superior lake view ini ada di lantai 3 yang tidak pakai lift, sangat memberatkan untuk lansia yang harus naik turun dengan tangga. Untuk kamar mandi ada sedikit bau tidak sedap meskipun kelihatan bersih, dan kamar mandi 203 air hangat tidak menyala mesikpun sudah dinyalakan sekitar 10 menit, untuk kursi di balkon agak kotor, gak tau kotoran burung atau apalah. Semoga ke depan lebih baik lagi. Untuk jalan masuk agak sempit, dan parkiran ngepas, jk high season akan padat dan repot keluar masuk. Sarapan banyak pilihan menu dan enak. Lokasi dekat ke pelabuhan Ajibata, Bukit Senyum, Bukit Kaldera. Tp tetap harus ditempuh menggunakan kendaraan. Jika saya berencana menginap di Parapat dengan budget pas-pasan, saya akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi.
