Everything is okay, except for the TV, I can't watch clear broadcasts.

The place is clean, the location is quiet in the housing area and it's quite safe because I parked my car on the side of the road in front. Strategically also near Matos outside the main road there are cafes too.

Overall recommended. Incidentally, the room I live in is not cold enough, maybe it needs cleaning. Thanks.

Puas banget nginep di sini. Staff ramah dan membantu banget. Kamarnya rapi, bersih, ada water heater, air galon di depan kamar, pokoknya memuaskan dengan harga yang murah. Kurangnya cuma ga ada garase jadi mobil di taruh di pinggir jalan, but its ok, lokasi di perumahan dekat Jalan Besar Ijen, dekat kemana-mana. Next bakal nginap di sini lagi kalo ke Malang.

Nyaman ya guys ya, bersih juga, ada AC, TV, WiFi dan air panas, ada juga air galon untuk bersama. Ada welcome drink bebas milih sesuai selera, ketagihan banget sama wedang secangnya, pelayanan the best.

Service: very friendly and comfortable. Hotel room: clean and comfortable, it's just that the tv needs to be repaired, there are only a few channels that can and most of the pictures are not clear. Bathroom, hotel room: there is hot water and cold water, it's just that in my room the toilet has a little problem and a bit less clean with lots of yellow. The guest house is also close to where the place is really cool. Maybe that's all, thank you for the service, it's really recommended and I will come back here again if I go to Malang. The rooms are nice, clean, the ac is cold. But the bathroom had a bit of a problem, the toilet had to be flushed many times, then the old water-making hole made it flow, so after a long shower the water pooled. And the TV is useless at all, because there is no signal, and there are lots of blue screens. The tissue beside the tea is also gone, not filled. But overall it's good, comfortable, the staff is very friendly. When will you go to Malang again, will you stay here again.

The room was clean, neat and comfy, staff was helpful, pak soleh and mbak isma. Also the other guy (the cleaner?) Who help my friend to take the hot water from 2nd floor. There are some restaurant and mini market by walking distant. Only the TV was not working properly but it wasn't problem for us since we didn't have time to watch it.

overall quite pleasant ... indeed different from my experience when I first stayed here .. yesterday it was the third time I stayed and I felt the lights go out for quite a long time.. the gallon water in the dispenser also ran out and wasn't filled long enough.. and what made me WOW the most was that my room was directly opposite the cafe (2nd floor). so when I opened the curtains, the cafe visitor sat right in front of the bedroom window..surprised???shocked dunk..so don't worry if you see it from the outside..maybe you can think about how to place the cafe but don't make hotel guests feel uncomfortable. .thanks

The place is clean, minimalist, smells good, the waiters and all the staff are really pol, there was a key because the key was taken by a friend and couldn't get in, finally asked for permission to open it with a spare key, very happy with the service.

Strategic location, clean rooms, friendly staff, only closed on the flush, can't clean right away, have to flush many times.

A decent guest house in the middle of the city, I guess, rooms and mattresses are okay, service is okay. Then the vibe is really cool and calm. So for sleeping you can be an angler hehe. Oh yes, there is a gazebo on the rooftop that wants to see the stars .

Worth it for lodging on a budget, but the mattress smells a little less than good, overall it's quite satisfying.

Depan kamar langsung gazebo, kami menginap di lantai 3. Suasana dekat hotel sangat tenang karena masuk perumahan.(+) check in tanpa deposit.(+) pelayanan ramah.(+) dekat dengan tempat makan.(+) dekat dengan Universitas Negeri Malang.(+) untuk minum di sediakan pitcher, air hangat kamar mandi bisa digunakan.(+) aminities sabuk cair, shower gel, 2 handuk besar & kecil.(-) kalo nginap di lantai 3, naik tangga jadi lumayan banyak tenaga.(-) isi ulang air harus turun ke lantai 2.(-) closet duduk, air susah turun. Bolak-balik harus d siram.(-) channel TV lokal.(-) sandal hotel, sikat gigi, odol tidak disediakan. Jadi bawa sendiri.

The waiter is friendly, the mattress is ok.
