At that time, I couldn't open the lock in my room from the outside and every time I wanted to enter the room, I had to call the receptionist.

FO staff are friendly in guest service. For the room, please improve it again because there are mosquitoes that are disturbing in the room. For parking security, guests staying can be given tickets to avoid unwanted things. Entering and exiting the parking lot is very dangerous. Security must stay 1 in the parking area. Thank you

saya menginap disini selama 9 hari, greetings esp. 15/5 rule harus d giatkan lagi. staffs have to greet first, acknowledge the guests in every Corner, elevator, lobby, floor everywhere. eye contact and welcoming gesture is a must.
within 9 days, not a Single day Fo asking wether my stay was good, hows the room or anything. besides all That everything was ok

The most strategic location. But the parking area is narrow and always full. The room is too narrow. There is no place to pray in the room.

The hotel is located in the city center, but not too crowded. Access to the hotel is very easy with various transportation alternatives. The hotel environment and rooms are clean. The bathroom implements water saving, there is no jet shower toilet. It is better to add a jet shower and a tap for ablution to make it easier to clean. The menu in the restaurant needs to be varied.
