I stayed here for my anniversary, with my kids, initially I booked a standard room, but was upgraded to a deluxe room, thank God. The room is quite spacious. There is a sofa at the window, but unfortunately the window has no curtains, only a curtain, so when it is opened it is very visible. I didn't try the breakfast, only the kids, because I happened to be participating in a running event at the DPRD, so it was close there.

When there is a complaint, the response is slow. The room should have changed the sheets and others but this was not, even though I had put paper on the bed. After complaining, waiting a long time, then it was cleaned up and replaced.

Overall it is good and the location is very strategic in the center of Palembang City.

The most unfortunate thing is that the parking lot is very narrow so you have to ask the valet to park it and it actually makes you anxious. And another drawback is that the tables and chairs seem to be rarely wiped and are a bit dusty and should be cleaned and wiped continuously. The room is not soundproof so when you stay on a Saturday night it is still very noisy to hear the sound of motorbikes revving here and there. The rest is ok. The food is really delicious and the resto bar is open 24/7 and the staff is very responsive. The bathroom is really clean. So good. The bedroom and duvet too. Overall 8 out of 10
