Upper floor rooms are not suitable for pregnant women and the elderly

Booking under app, I have already remarked that I want a downstairs room because I brought my voucher, and I have called the party there to confirm. Arrived there at 11.30 am, reception information about the downstairs room was full because the moto group had already booked early and paid and called to request the downstairs room. I have already paid in advance, I didn't pay until then. Although the unit below was still empty at that time. Threw the reception end up agreeing to give the downstairs room. The rules of the hotel are 1st come 1st serve, don't be biased. The room does not have a kettle, I went to the reception to ask where to get hot water. The party also does not know in the room that does not have a kettle. The floor of the clean room is dusty and sandy. Toilet sink pipe problem. Even the toilet bowl is not clean. There is no phone in the room, so if you want anything, just go to the reception. If you want to clean the room with a towel and mineral water, it's hard, even the housekeeper doesn't know where. The location is close to Ketapang Beach and the Lift Bridge. The environment is the best quiet place and privacy

Dirty bed linen, still stained with yellow spots. The sink is full of dirt. The room has a lot of mosquitoes.

Need more improvement. Some part is still old like a water heater and TV. Pressure pressure is very low. Need add on electric plug. Because the plug on have two only. Wifi connection is not stable. View from outside room is nice. Because this hotel new paint. White color. Customer service is very good. Beautify girl.

Arrived late at night (2-3am), check in at the guard house. Nice place. The room near the sea. Cheapest room here.

Water water heater is not functioning. The rest are OK.

Friendly service, good room conditions, there is a nice beach opposite the gate. For breakfast menu there is only 1 menu, there is toast and keropok.

Spacious, clean rooms are just a floor that feels a bit sticky when stepping on. It looks like a mop soap with water soap but x rinse back. Haa, cmtula. For breakfast the hotel just delivered to our room and served with 2 packs of fatty rice and 2 cups of tea water. As far as the stomach can go. Can walk to the coast of the bay. Exit the hotel door directly to the beach in front of the eye. The road along the coast is full of restaurants from the morning and the stalls in the evening. Distance to places of interest is terengganu pounds near je, overall is best 👍

Quite clean and spacious, although it's quite old but still nice for travelers.

Located in scout camp & near to airport. Staff/room/cleanliness ok. Breakfast coffee, nasi lemak & toast (extra add on rm5 perpax). Parking exactly in front of our room. No swim beach 300m, food court 250m. Just nice for 1 night stay, not for vacation. So noisy during midnight because of the 'student camp' here. Cheaper if book from online!
