The service was okay, but I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room. Since it was already 11:00 PM, I had no choice but to take it. The room was standard, with only a slightly smelly sheet and pillowcase. Hopefully, the hotel management will improve in the future.

The room was quite nice. I just booked the wrong room on the app. I wanted a single bed, but I ended up with a double bed. 😂 The service was excellent. The security and front desk were responsive and helpful before I had to ask for it. Very good. Thank you for the service.

Check-in took a while, and the pool's cleanliness needs more attention. Parking security also needs improvement. My motorcycle's rearview mirror broke in the parking lot. Overall, I was impressed with the service from the hotel staff and housekeeper.
