The bed base is too high for an average ASIA woman. Best suitable for foreigner only.

Lost the sweater but didn't get back to me, even though I messaged him on IG and contacted him via email. In fact, we checked out at 10 o'clock and still came back at 2 o'clock to get our suitcases, but there was still no notification that we had left anything behind.

Great place for a short-stay. The cafe also provide good food. As it 's connected with another building, so it 's basically easy to walk around due to currently rainy season.

This place has been my #1 choice when I need to stay in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The restaurant and shopping mall are just a walking distance, but if you feel like just stay a room, you could order room service or p-hailing food delivery (you might need to meet the rider at the front entrance). The coffee house also has a variety of food. I managed to try Mushroom Fried Rice and a few ala-carte options, really satisfied with the food quality and service by the waiter/manager-on-duty. I want to try the shell-out, but it was just until 7 pm (not 10 pm as stated in the flyers, so make sure to ask them for clarifications). Last but not least, the housekeeping service was really good, too. They kept the room well and they were really nice. Overall, keep up with the good service provided. I will for sure return one day.

Comfortable hotel room. Delicious breakfast. Attractive location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Center. Nearby SOGO and lively sales shops. Satisfied.

the hotel was great, very clean and peaceful

Wifi was not available during my stay and they gave me a room with broken lamps everywhere. The room was also smelly and not in good condition with stains on walls.

stategic place & location. near to public transport...

Had to change rooms 2 times. Check in the first room of yellow basin, hot water not function, cracked glass mirror. The second room is hot water not function. Smoke in the room. Then have to wait almost an hour in the lobby to enter the new room. Staff service is OK. Maintenance KO.

great hotel... clean hotel... not to far from shopping complex

Our stay was great with quite a good spread of breakfast. except that the hotel do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste and that the beds were a bit high than normal hotel beds. The hotel is just 2 blocks away from Sogo and nearby masjid india. Specifically stayed here for our ease to shop at masjid india. Will consider staying here again.

Location wise is great since it was near to mall and food nearby. Parking is problem since no dedicated parking lot. Room quite old and not maintain properly.

First the parking assisted by the guard to the parking lot. Check-in is quick. No depo need. View tiptop because the rooms are all upstairs. Clean and comfortable. I recommend going to the shopping area of tar road.

Ok but it's hard to get another level lobby for breakfast, another level of parking.

Great accommodation. The breakfast buffet price is reasonable, RM20 for an adult. Come here with family to attend a wedding ceremony nearby. Would look forward to stay there in the future.

just check inn. we staying for 2 days. at first they gave us a room that's so smelly (cigarettes smell) have to get back to the reception and change to another room. but the room have bad views and the room feel empty. the feeling not grate. so is the air conditioning not easy to operate. it's not cooling enough. the single beds is not big enough compared to other hotel we have been staying. but the location is very good, center in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. I'm trying to spiral up my family mood for another day. keep praying for a good feeling. Alhamdulillah tq Allah for testing us. The staff very friendly.

We arrived at the hotel around 11.20pm. However, the room that we checked in look as if someone has been using the room. We were very grateful that the receptionist changed our room to another room. We hope this incident could be prevented in the future to avoid late check-in guest to experience the disappointment. Nevertheless, the breakfast spread was good.
