The location is quite strategic, only the room lights are a bit dim, which makes it less comfortable.

Good service and friendly staff

When we arrived at the room, there was an unpleasant smell. We requested a room change, and the staff accommodated us immediately. All the staff were kind and polite. Special shout-out to the security officer on duty that night — he was a lifesaver! He noticed us struggling with our luggage and immediately came to help, even though we were quite far from the hotel entrance. Overall, it was a good stay.

the room is small. We can request additional pillows, though. the good side of the hotel is its location. very near to night street food and to Mall. So, consider the hotel as a checkpoint for rest/Sleep only.

Nice hotel, very close to a lot of nice restaurants

Excellent location, very close to Komtar terminal and easy access to popular spots (around or less than 10 mins walk). Room was nice and clean, just a bit small with a narrow walkway, not a problem for us as we only have 2 backpacks and 1 20inch luggage. Highly recommended if you want to save budget for great Char Koay Teow!

Close to the terminal, Penang's culinary center, and heritage sites, all within walking distance. The hotel's location is not recommended for elderly people using wheelchairs due to narrow roads. The staff is less than helpful when guests encounter difficulties, such as a malfunctioning TV, but no assistance is offered.

Plus Points: - Convenient location, close to the city center, culinary center, and Georgetown Heritage destinations. - Friendly and helpful hotel staff, including the security guard. - Good cleanliness, especially the bathroom. Minuses: - Roadside rooms can be noisy from vehicles entering the room. - The lobby is cramped and not very spacious. - Dirty and worn elevator carpet needs to be replaced with a cleaner or new one.

The hotel's strategic location is in the city center. It's also close to restaurants and shopping.

The area is strategic to everywhere and close to Komtar.
