The room is clean and the staff immediately help us if something is not good.

the Good: the staff were very friendly and accommodating and quick, the room was spacious and comfortable, it had a wide variety of food in its restaurant (excellent eggs). the Bad: the bathroom has a big blurred window connecting to the bedroom and whilst we can't see each other when i turn the lights in the bathroom on i blasted the bedroom with light, the food though has a wide variety varies in quality (don't eat the baked beans it was the worst beans i had ever had) there was only 2 small elevators for the guests making waiting for them take longer than necessary, also i don't know if the hotel could do anything about this but at 4-5 am in the morning i kept hearing a sort of parade outside the window of my room Overall: great place to stay for a few nights on business but wouldn't recommend going on holiday here.

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. The food is varied and delicious. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. The water is hot and the Wi-Fi is good. Overall, everything is good. This is my family's favorite hotel. I almost always stay here when I'm in Bandung.

I got room 722. The room key wouldn't work. I went back and forth to the front desk three times, but only managed to register. Finally, I called a technician. They didn't arrive until 10 PM.

I've had several staycations, and Aston Pasteur is my best choice. The staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the breakfast menu is varied.

Our overnight stay in the family suite room was delightful, with complete facilities including a gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a complimentary snack bar. The breakfast was varied, especially for the kids.

The second stay was still enjoyable, if I go to Bandung again I will stay here again, there are rooms for families.

This is definitely a top choice when looking for a hotel in Bandung. It's close to the toll exit, and it's close to everything. It also has plenty of restaurants and an Indomaret. It's the best.

Location: 8/10, close to the Pasteur toll gate and not far from the city center. There are many street food stalls and restaurants nearby. Parking: 5/10, cramped and unsafe due to the lack of a ticket system. Elevator: 5/10, narrow and not very accommodating. Furthermore, it's very slow, and the noise from the elevator is uncomfortable. Room: 8/10, very comfortable, spacious, and clean. It's also very soundproof. Children's facilities: 5/10, only the swimming pool is available, and even that's very basic. Breakfast: 7/10, very average taste and variety. However, the restaurant staff are exceptional, quick and helpful. Overall rating: 7/10. This hotel is more suitable for business stays. However, if you're planning a vacation with children, this hotel is not suitable.

Highly recommended, especially the breakfast, which is incredibly varied and delicious. It's kid-friendly and has complete amenities.

Overall it's good, our whole family is happy, especially with the hot water pool and the variety of breakfast, the downside is the lack of car parking and the roads around are often congested.

The staffs are friendly, and the breakfast was really good with lots of choices.

The breakfast was delicious, we asked for a change of sheets and the response was quick, right next to the hotel is Warung Bakakak Sampurasun Nusasari so you don't need to take the car out to look for dinner.
