The room is not soundproof, noisy in the hallway, food orders take a long time to arrive & the taste is not good.

Everything is ok, but unfortunately there are only 2 lifts, coincidentally during Christmas and New Year all the rooms are full, so you have to wait a long time to get on and off the lift.

Very satisfied staying here, the hotel staff is friendly and the breakfast and dinner food is abundant. The room is big and clean. The 2 pillows fit perfectly. Access near the toll road makes it easy to go anywhere. Will stay here again when going to Bandung

The room vibes are cool and comfortable but the tightness still needs to be improved.

December 24, 2024 at 13.30 we arrived at Aston Pasteur to check in but because the room was not ready yet, we were asked to wait until 15.30 as compensation for the late check in, we were given the grace to check out the next day at 14.00

Overall very comfortable, clean room, housekeeping and receptionist are responsive and friendly, the food has a variety of variations and there are children's favorites such as cotton candy and ice cream, the Kadipiro soto is also delicious, other foods are also okay. only maybe for coffee it is better to brew it directly so that the taste is still maintained. and the cleaning team at the table is added so that dirty plates don't pile up (I only saw 2 people at breakfast) when there are many guests on holoday like this. but will stay here again, because overall everything is okay

Strategic hotel, good service

All services are good, from the security guards to the staff inside, both employees and interns. In short, success for everyone.

I requested an upper room with a connecting door and 1 large bed, one double bed, all of which were filled with praise for Aston management, the room was comfortable and clean so that my family felt happy and satisfied.
