Strategic location, spacious and clean rooms.

The place is comfortable, the food is never a failure, the service is good, suitable for a staycation, the pool is great.

Aston hotel never disappoints. Everything is good.. The AC in the room is cold, access is close to the city center and in front of the hotel there is a souvenir center, no need to go far to buy souvenirs, there is an Indomaret next to it, basically it's ok. The swimming pool for children is also quite good and there is a hot water pool for children, fun. The only thing lacking is the breakfast is not very varied but it's not bad.. overall 9/10

Very good. Only the parking lot is not enough, the access is because it is located on the main road entering and exiting the toll road so it is congested. For the facilities, food and cleanliness of the room are very good. Excellent 👍

The check in/out process was fast. The hot water jacuzzi was okay, really hot, not just warm. Had a chance to get locked in the elevator for about 10 minutes after it dropped a bit on the 9th floor, couldn't go up/down/open the door. The next day the elevator had a sign saying it was under repair.

Always love breakfast at Aston. Lots of variety, delicious. Worth the price with a family room that is less than 1 million.

The service from the lobby to the room service is good. The location is easy to reach. The breakfast is varied. It feels satisfying.

I've stayed here several times and overall it's very good, from the staff, room, bf, nothing failed.. it's just that yesterday I stayed Sunday-Monday, it turned out that the hot water jacuzzi was off when I asked, it turned out that it was only on for the weekend, so I was a little disappointed because I had invited my parents to enjoy soaking in the hot water jacuzzi but it turned out they couldn't..

The hotel of choice when staying in Bandung.

The room for family was very nice and spacious but not really clean, apparently there were two lizards and few mosquitoes appeared in my room. There was a lot of food choices in the breakfast but the taste is just ok (not really good but not really bad). In-room dining was very good and the price is affordable.

Overall the experience of staying here was pleasant & this is not the first time staying here. But this time the breakfast was quite disappointing. Indeed I went for breakfast during peak hour, but it was obvious that the staff was overwhelmed. The food refill took a long time, when I arrived many of them had already run out (at 8.30). Ordering an omelette also had to wait, otherwise it would be given to someone else (there is no first order first serve system). Other guests also complained about this. I waited half an hour just for an omelette that was bland & had no taste at all. Too bad!

When I arrived it was already past evening almost 7 pm, it turned out the system was having problems so check in was manual. It was no problem, but they had to check the room manually. It was really sad for Aston, fortunately I didn't have to wait long, about 30 minutes, I was able to enter the room. And the next day my card access was rejected when I was at the room door, which was on the 7th floor too. Back to the lobby, it was fast, but I was a bit annoyed because I was tired of having to go back and forth to the lobby. Not to mention there were only 2 elevators. If the room condition is clean, it is guaranteed. The car park is also safe with a 2-story basement. Thank you Aston.

Starting from the front service, the security receptionist was very helpful, the lift was also safe, which had previously been complained about a lot, the cleanliness of the room was ok except the carpet felt a bit dusty, the food was also delicious.

Staying at Aston Pasteur is very comfortable, the hotel environment, the hotel rooms are clean, the hotel staff are friendly. It's just that the use of the elevator is queued during the holiday season.
