Reception staff is not friendly, can't change towels, wifi can't connect, won't stay here again.

Staying at Dynasty Hotel always want to stay again at Dynasty. Continue to improve the quality of service that is already good, the friendliness of the employees and the payment system in the restaurant using non-cash. Also try to propose/provide ATMs of one or two banks. Thank you.

On the fifth day I stayed at the Dynasty Hotel, I still felt at home and comfortable, the sahur meal was also quite delicious, the food was hotel class, not inferior to a 3 or 4 star hotel, which was annoying because I wanted to go back to Jakarta to celebrate Eid, I hadn't got a ticket yet and if I did, it would be quite expensive, maybe I would celebrate Eid in Tarakan City, hopefully the hotel would provide ketupat and chicken opor. My only suggestion is to ask that non-cash payments also be provided for the restaurant. Thank you

I have recently visited Tarakan City, North Kalimantan, often, because the trip is always more than 7 days, I always take the time to stay at the Dynasty Hotel, as a change of atmosphere, the Diamond, Dynasty hotel is always a choice, because for me, besides the hotel is quite comfortable, the room is spacious, the facilities are also quite good, the price is affordable. Just to make it easier for guests when ordering food at the restaurant, please also prepare non-cash payments, because not all guests always have enough cash, considering that ATMs are not yet available in the area near the hotel. The room area is comfortable, but at night there are too many young people hanging out in the lobby and hotel terrace. The lobby area should be sufficient for hotel guests only, not used for playing games and sleeping on the sofa.

Kondisi kamar kurang bersih, banyak kecoak padahal suda ganti kamar tetap aja masi ada kecoa.

Gak sanggup sih sama hotelnya, mulai dari masuk pegawainya udah sangat tidak ramah. Aroma hotelnya gak sedap, terutup tapi di dalam pada merokok semua akhirnya pengap ga bisa napas. Pas masuk kamar lebih-lebih sempit ga bisa gerak, trus suara dari luar amat sangat terdengar jadi menganggu sekali. Ga kuat di sana padahal pesan 2 hari tapi cuman kuat beberapa jam akhirnya keluar.

Untuk televisi belum menggunakan smart TV.
