The room is comfortable and clean, worth it.

Disappointed even though I took the suite but the service was very bad🥹.

Kondisi kamar kurang bersih, banyak kecoak padahal suda ganti kamar tetap aja masi ada kecoa.

Gak sanggup sih sama hotelnya, mulai dari masuk pegawainya udah sangat tidak ramah. Aroma hotelnya gak sedap, terutup tapi di dalam pada merokok semua akhirnya pengap ga bisa napas. Pas masuk kamar lebih-lebih sempit ga bisa gerak, trus suara dari luar amat sangat terdengar jadi menganggu sekali. Ga kuat di sana padahal pesan 2 hari tapi cuman kuat beberapa jam akhirnya keluar.

Untuk televisi belum menggunakan smart TV.

Saya pesan ice milo and ice cappucino tetapi yang datang hot cappucino and ice cappucino sudah salah dan saya menunggu lebih dari 1 jam.

We both stayed at this hotel from 21-22 December 2023:1. The service was very slow, I asked for a dirty corner of the room to be swept so that I could use prayer in the room, the response was very slow until I had to call 4 times. 2. When checking out I was charged an additional 1/2 day of IDR. 198,000 without notification or asking whether or not to extend my room beforehand. The hotel said they had called, even though we felt no one had called. I checked out at 13 o'clock. I was not given a note/invoice either for 1 day or for a 1/2 day charge of IDR. 198,000. Please follow up with the hotel. Was this really known by the management of the hotel concerned or was it just a trick by hotel officials? Very disappointing for us.

Just a normal hotel when you enter the room the floor is still wet and slippery because it has been mopped. The office boy was not friendly and even seemed indifferent. A key deposit of 150 thousand seems expensive for a hotel of this class.

The hotel is clean and the food is delicious, but for me, if I don't like a busy atmosphere, it's a bit noisy with the sound of motorbikes on the streets, because the hotel is on the side of the road, the others are okay.
