The unit is spacious even though it is a bit old, the comfortable area is very close to Citos, but the mattress is not very clean, as if there are mites, the hot water in the main bathroom is on and off.

The room was comfortable, but it wasn't soundproof enough from motorbikes and cars, which is understandable, since it's right on the roadside. So far, I've fallen in love with the bathroom, and it has a washing machine, hehe. Oh yeah, when I checked out, there was a missed communication. I was asked to pay 200,000 Rupiah for two additional people having breakfast, even though it was just my child and me. They thought my sister was in the same room as me, when in fact, she was in a different room. But after a few minutes of contacting the restaurant, it turned out they were the ones who were wrong. I told them to check the CCTV. My sister entered the restaurant first, and when I entered, she and my nephew were sitting with me. But I'll definitely come back. Highly recommended. It's close to Citos too.

I've already made a note asking for a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking one.

All hotel staff are friendly and the place is comfortable for children.

This is my second visit to Midtown. Last year, I stayed here for a week with my family, and this year I'm back again. I've already fallen in love with Midtown. The vibe is so homey, the pool is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and all the dishes available at the breakfast buffet are delicious and varied. I will definitely be back next year and in the years after that. Really in love with this place ❤️

Have stayed at Midtown Simatupang more than 10 times and it is always enjoyable.

I was stuck in the bathroom because the bathroom door was broken, and hopefully there will be an upgrade for the TV, hopefully there will be a cable TV network like Netflix etc.
