Nice hotel and the price is also reasonable. Very close to Gleneagle Hospital for doing medical check up. The room is also clean and spacious. Just needs a little more maintenance.

The location is very close to Gleneagles Hospital, but it's a bit difficult to find food, the service is just so-so. The amenities are not complete, there are no sandals, toilet paper and tissue in the room are not refilled.

The hotel is near Gurney area and you can walk to latest Guyney Bay Park and can enjoy nice view. Cross the road you can have some good food with sea view. The room is clean

I always stay here for my medical visits in Penang. We only need to walk 8 minutes to reach Gleneagles Hospital, and Wellings is conveniently located right beside the hotel. The location is excellent, and the rooms are spacious too!

We stayed here because it's next door to Glenagles. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They managed to get me a 3am taxi. And food was good.

Long check in time, almost an hour, because of the Chinese New Year atmosphere. Cleanliness is safe. Security is helpful and friendly

Everything was nice, but the room with no windows just allow for the atmosphere to be damp and making it very smelly, the smell couldn't be easily treated and it just sticks

Connecting room provided even though I didn't ask for it, but oh well. The problem is the guest next door is noisy, the hotel should know that the sound in the connecting room is penetrating. The first day the next room was occupied by a family and children but it was very noisy when talking and laughing. The second day the next room was occupied by a family who brought a baby and the baby cried at 4 am. When staying in that room it was very difficult to fall asleep because of the disturbing noise.

My regular hotel because I was treated at GMC, besides being close, the service is also good. This time I stayed for almost 1 month, the staff was very helpful because from the beginning I didn't expect to stay long (emergency) while at that time it coincided with the high season, I almost gave up on booking a room but their manager & front office helped me to extend my stay. Although there was a drama of the hotel alarm going off in the middle of the night, making everyone panic, but it was a new experience for me & my family. Thank you & see you again.
