Yesterday I came here with my extended family, where the food stock had to be ready so we wouldn't buy snacks. The hotel allowed us to bring a portable stove, we had chatted with the hotel beforehand. Alhamdulillah

All the staff are friendly, including the security, the environment is family friendly, especially for children, you can get a view of the mountains and cool, fresh air

1 room with 2 queen bed. Staying 2 adult and 3 kid. Location, view and weather are great. Warm pool inside hotel is OK bit need maintenance. Hotel restaurant is closed during weekday but there is people sell food outside hotel. Taste is great and not pricey. Not many food option but enough for us. Near Drajat Pass by 3 minutes walk for other option if we want to go to warm pool outside hotel.

For a comfortable place, cool atmosphere, best view, clean room. Minus: in the location there are many flies (disturbing visitors who stay) Road access is a bit uphill but still safe. Clean swimming pool

Too bad the water in the bathroom is cold. I even had to make warm water to take a bath because I brought a small child. The pool water is also not very warm. Too bad because the view is okay.

Nice view. Things to note: Cleanliness because there are flies everywhere and they are very annoying. Suggestion: plant fly repellent plants.

The view is really good, beautiful, especially at night. The warm water pool is delicious and makes you feel comfortable soaking. Only the bathroom wasn't clean, and I happened to get a room where the TV wasn't connected to the internet, but overall it was comfortable. Great, improve service and cleanliness so it's even cooler👍

Friendly staff, 24 hour parking attendant, safety (children's slide) and pool cleanliness need to be improved.

The atmosphere is comfortable, the view is good, the bathroom smells really bad, the hallways are really dirty, don't mop them, there are lots of flies because it's near the garbage disposal, it shouldn't be stored and the trash should be closed in a special place so that it can't be seen by guests, especially in the hallway near the top VIP room.

I made a booking well in advance and gave a note but it wasn't read or heeded, which was very disappointing.

The view of the hotel is really good, the air is so cold it's no wonder there's no air conditioning, that's normal. The children love the warm pool. Anyway, it's suitable for a family holiday

Please upgrade the restaurant, the breakfast choices are limited. If you want to go to the restaurant at night, you can't because it is only open on Saturdays and Sundays outside of breakfast hours. The others are very good, only the food menu is not very varied.

The pool is drained when there are guests. The bathroom hot water is not on. The bathroom smells of urine. The rest is good. The room is clean. Comfortable. The view is great. But there are also lots of flies.

The location is very good, the view is beautiful, but unfortunately, the bathroom is black, mossy and smelly, the bedroom smells from the evaporating bathroom, the pool walls are black and mossy, the stairs to the dining area are dirty. The food is basic,

Karyawan ramah. Tapi sayang restonya tidak buka setiap hari. Tapi banyak tukang jualan jadi amanlah yaa.

Kotor kebersihan nya kurang. WiFi tidak jalan. Tidak menerima komplain di wa tidak ada resfon sama sekali.
