So far so good. Except, PARKING.
Parking is small and narrow. And my car was scratched really bad in the parking lot.
Was it when the security guard parked my car, or was it scratched by another car while parking. Very disappointed……..and regret parking at this hotel

The result was that our security once on June 29, 2025 helped valet your car and was witnessed by Mr. Sandi when parking the vehicle without any incident and the key was immediately handed over at that time. We also provide a parking area in the front area of the hotel that can accommodate 30 cars. Our team will contact your number to provide more detailed information regarding this matter. Overall good. What needs to be improved is the Wi-Fi, don't make it often turn off automatically when connected to the customer's device. Then, the soundproofing of the room and hallway needs to be improved for maximum comfort.
