the staff especially at the receptionist are not sensitive enough, I arrived at the hotel at 12.30 at night/early morning with 3 children, one of whom is a toddler, I parked the car right in front of the entrance and not a single officer came to help carry my things even though there were 3 people at the reception desk and all of them just looked (I still think positively maybe it wasn't visible because it was very dark), the parking position and the hotel lobby are very steep so it is not friendly to baby strollers and this is troublesome where I have to unload the goods first and then prepare the children to get out of the car with the help of my wife.. the officer only came after I went down to the lobby and asked for help by carrying my child and carrying some things and after I looked from the lobby it turned out that my car was very clearly visible from the lobby so there should be no reason for them not to see my arrival.. input for the hotel to improve the service thank you because the incident made me cancel my intention to extend at the hotel.. for the room is very spacious and suitable for those who bring family, it's just a shame the service is not good

The room is large, clean, suitable for staying with a family with many children, but the swimming pool is too far away, you have to pass through empty buildings, the buildings seem abandoned, it doesn't seem to be taken care of, but the service is friendly..

Overall the facilities are pretty good in my opinion, it's just that I was 45 minutes late checking out because there was a problem, and I was fined almost 200 thousand, which is crazy in my opinion, I checked in at 14.00 but it wasn't ready, I didn't check out late for less than an hour and was fined.

clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, good location, didn't try the breakfast, there are people selling meatballs in the hotel area, it's quite helpful if you're hungry and don't want to go out

Swimming pool in the Kampoeng Kidz area. Dirty swimming pool with lots of leaves. Small square size about 10m, 50cm into the water, like it's not a swimming pool. The Kampoeng Kidz area is quiet, abandoned, lots of mosquitoes

Stayed here on New Year's Eve and got a really nice view, could see the fireworks from the balcony. So much fun 😚😚

Location on the edge of the highway, quite close to tourist attractions (Baloga, Jatim Park and others). Comfortable rooms only access to the hotel from the highway is still a rocky road not paved even though the distance is close
