Okay, it's clean, only the road is a bit small but the service is okay, and the swimming pool seems to be gone because when you go up there's only a fitness center.

It was my 3rd or 4th time (I forgot) staying here with family. My first option when we visit Bintaro to meet our family.

All staff are friendly, the receptionist and security are very helpful in the check-in process. The food during my stay here was very delicious. Thank you also to the restaurant staff for giving compliments to my toddler. For those of you who stay at Kasira, try ordering room service, the price is cheap for a star hotel. There is also a mini gym for exercise.

At first I was confused, the location is a bit inside. When I arrived, I was immediately directed by security and escorted to a very friendly receptionist staff. Entering the room area, I was quite amazed because it was very spacious. The food was very delicious, the price was quite cheap for a hotel. No need to look for food outside because the menu in the room is very complete, even snacks to accompany watching Netflix are available. Wow, thank you to Kasira Residence, I was very satisfied staying here for 3 days 🥰. I will definitely come back here again.

Strategic hotel, comfortable location, friendly staff, only some cleanliness issues such as the pillows are dull.

It suits my needs for a family with 5 children. Although without a swimming pool, they (4th, 8th) enjoy the bathtub. If the older children are happy with the Wi-Fi and internet facilities that can connect to TV and karaoke via YouTube.

Recommended for that price, the room is close to Alfamart or Indomart and not too far, from the front of the hotel, turn left and there are many snacks, but unfortunately, a hotel as comfortable as this does not provide sandals or other soaps. So when you stay, you have to buy your own toiletries

The room is spacious but the area and room give the impression of an old building, the breakfast is not recommended, sorry.
