The room is clean and spacious, the water is smooth.

The receptionist is not observant, first: booking 2 days in a pinch 1 day. Second: I gave a deposit not included my deposit, as a result my money deposit was not there, the reception was bad.

The room is quite small and clean, but enough to take a break to catch an early morning flight, breakfast food in the form of a very good sandwich plus a choice of tea and coffee, at 5:30 am ready, just ask in the lobby alone, airport transfer opens at 09.00 employees are also very friendly.

It's a big no. dirty smells so bad. the bed was so hard and dirty. And of course the bathroom was totaly zonk!

Drinking water is not provided in the room. The bathroom door cannot be locked. Hot water that doesn't light up and also the shower water doesn't come out properly. Given a room on the 3rd floor, no elevator, asking to move rooms on the 1st floor was not given with full reason.

Upon check-in all rooms had no pillow cases and the cleaning was very poor, and the service was less friendly.

The hot water machine is broken, the food is not tasty, if the night is noisy the music clubbing is not clear.

Very poor service starting from the check-in process. The limited availability of hotels in Bangka that made me forced to stay there. Hopefully not returning to this hotel for the first time during my business / vacation trip where I complained about rooms but couldn't exchange rooms. (I complained about a smelly bathroom) and even stranger when I asked for a WiFi hotel password, at that time I couldn't log in with a voucher password (incorrect password description), answered only "Wifi interference" very bad experience

Service is not good, want to ask for this it does not exist, dirty rooms, bed sheets, pillow cases bolsters are all dirty, wc is also very dirty.

The location is good strategic, but it feels noisy at midnight sounding music may be because it is close to the bar, and the hotel is quite old and needs renovation and repairs that have been damaged, but the breakfast is quite varied at this price.

Mineral water is not available in the room, said the receptionist if I want to complain to Oyo even though I booked using an online application.

The bed cover was dirty and smelly, the breakfast was cold and not varied.

For a pretty cheap price, simple check-in, just no towels and slippers.

Pretty big and comfortable rooms.

Less variant menus for breakfast, there’s no elevator (I’m staying at 3rd floor), hot water isn’t work, the room isn’t clean and unsatisfying, it looks different than my mom room at 1st floor.
