The hotel's location is strategic, close to everywhere. Unfortunately, the AC in the elevator is either under repair or there is no AC, so it's quite hot if there are more than 2 people.

Easy access, comfortable room, but frequent power outages. From morning until check-out, the room was hot. 🙏🏻Climbing up and down stairs, and no accommodations whatsoever...

Almost every week we go in and out of hotels and my real witness is teaveloka if we are staycation lovers to various cities, maybe this is a warning and a lesson for me that sometimes it doesn't occur to me that there are hotels that have strict rules in their very luxurious swimming pools hehee .. at that time we stayed in our favorite type of suit in any hotel .. after a quick breakfast because sorry we didn't stay long because we lacked appetite with little variety and at 8:30 it was almost finished, finally we thought of entertaining them by swimming especially my son .. when we entered the pool cafe we asked for a towel after that my son with enthusiasm who was already wearing shorts and a t-shirt material wanted to go to the pool was blocked by the staff who said he had to wear a swimsuit, it happened that it was still in the laundry 1 day because the previous day was finished, after that we begged and asked if there was a rental or sale at the hotel and there wasn't .. then the staff said we could wear boxers and parachute material shorts .. with my husband went to Pantai 5 to change his paradiso pants and get boxers for my son, after 3 minutes he came and it turned out he was still forbidden!! the reason was that my son's boxers were made of cotton without any specific explanation??? honestly we were shyookk and disappointed sad to see the child and this was my first experience in this hotel making a trayma!! Because for me several times I entered a more luxurious hotel, there were rarely rules like this .. thank you, hopefully it will be a lesson for those who read it 🙏

The staff and receptionist were very friendly and helpful, even when there was a problem with the sink, they were quick to respond and take action. Cleanliness is maintained, and satisfaction is number one.

Fun and memorable, strategic location close to the city center

All the facilities are okay but there is one inconvenience when I want to enjoy the swimming pool facilities that are already available, where I can't enjoy the facilities because I am prohibited from swimming wearing the shorts that I often wear for basketball. Even though previously I also saw that there were still people wearing the same shorts, only black, maybe it wasn't too visible, that's all, everything else is okay. Hopefully in the future the rules can be updated again so that guests from out of town like me can enjoy the facilities comfortably

The city center is very close to the train station, shopping centers, culinary delights, and offices. The staff are friendly, prompt, and informative, and the hotel's ambiance is quite peaceful and comfortable, despite its location in the middle of a busy city.

For the dirty room table yesterday in the junior suite. For an additional breakfast for an 8-year-old child, they were charged 50 thousand rupiah. When we entered the restaurant, there weren't even any options, so we just ate at Kokocrunch for 50 thousand rupiah 🤣
