This is the 3rd time I've stayed here, overall the room is pretty good.

The hotel staff is friendly. The check in & check out process is fast.

The cleanliness of the room can be improved, sis.. The floor of the room was dusty, there were small animals on the mattress so my child was itchy... Then when checking out, it took a long time to wait in line for the car to be picked up by the officer because the parking lot was narrow.. But the rest was good, comfortable, and nice..

Overall quite satisfied to stay, although there are some notes that can be input: 1. Limited parking. 2. Food variety. 3. Food taste. 4. Some electronic devices are starting to break. Thank you.

Staying here temporarily is very comfortable, the location is very good. Close to Simpang Lima. We walked to Simpang Lima, the price is affordable even on Eid.

Stayed for 2 days, for some reason, every night I could always hear the sound of motorbikes racing. The sound of noisy motorbikes.

The first time I entered the lobby, I could smell the scent of lemongrass. The staff was friendly, the check-in process was fast. The room was clean, the towels smelled good. There were amenities and a hair dryer. There was also a refrigerator. There was a restaurant on the 2nd floor so you can order food here too. The parking lot is a bit cramped but there are staff who help direct where to park. Overall, I'm satisfied staying here❤️

Excellent service, the parking lot is very narrow and limited, but valet can help and direct you if you want to park yourself. The room is quite okay for the affordable rate.

When I checked in I brought 1 toddler and quite a lot of stuff but the staff did not offer any help/trolley and the receptionist was indifferent, only giving me a room access card without offering any luggage to help carry to the room. When we were about to check out, we waited a very long time for the valet car to be picked up, almost 30 minutes even though we had asked the staff several times if it would still be long? Where is the car, sir? Has the car been picked up? The answer was only please wait a moment. Even though the facilities in the hotel are good, suitable for use and still okay, everything can be seen from how the hotel is maintained, access to Simpang Lima is also very strategic, but unfortunately the staff service is lacking 🙏🏻

The good thing about this hotel: clean. The downside: the room is not soundproof at all, so it's very noisy because the sound of cars/motorbikes on the street can be heard in the room, the sound of people in the corridor also enters the room, it is very disturbing to sleep, especially if you bring small children. I brought a 21-month-old child, so the child couldn't sleep comfortably. The hotel staff (at the reception) may not be all, but the ones I met were VERY UNFRIENDLY and UNRESPONSIVE. I gave my input about the shortcomings in the room, he didn't respond well. Suggestion: consider the quality of hotel human resources, especially the staff at the reception should be friendlier and more responsive to hotel guests.

Stayed here for one night overall it was comfortable. It's just that the floor of the room was very dusty and only 1 elevator was working, they said the other elevator was broken. So when I checked out I was in a bad mood, I had to wait for a set hour to be able to take the elevator because there happened to be an event, going back and forth between the 10th and 1st floors, the other floors were always unoccupied because the elevator was full🤦‍♀️

Close to the city center, just walk to Alfamart, lots of places to eat around, if parking is difficult you can use valet parking, the view from the room is good
