The room is clean and sanitary. The hotel also has an exclusive passage to the mall. The mall is right next door. Shopping and food are not a problem. It is very convenient😍😍

Great stay overall, would love it if they change the breakfast menu everyday.

Room was clean, staffs are nice, but 1407 ' fridge need to be fixed.

Pengalaman menginap 4 malam di sunway velocity hotel sangat menyenangkan, hotel bersih, semua petugas hotelnya ramah dan baik. Lokasi hotel sangat strategis dekat kemana-mana, di area hotel ada mall, banyak restoran dan buat aku yang suka jogging di area ini sangat nyaman buat olahraga pagi.❤️

Stay for 6 nights here for a business trip. Easy access to the mall and also close to the office building area. Unfortunately no breakfast provided here. Please consider to provide breakfast. Other than that, the cleaner clean the room on daily basis, even when I don't put the tag on the door or switch on the clean my room sign. But there ' s one occasion, the cleaner didn't close my door properly, when I came back, I am surprised that the door was not closed properly, because that morning the cleaner bell at my door, and I let her in, then I went out immediately. Fortunately all of my things was safe. Because there ' s a little problem with my room door, you have to use more power when you close the door, otherwise it will not closed and locked properly. Please fix this problem as soon as possible. Cleanliness wise was okay, I found 1 dried chilli under the curtains, probably from the previous guest and the cleaner didn't clean the floor thoroughly. Got new towels too, and complimentary tea/coffee sachets on daily basis. What I love about this hotel is the rooftop/swimming pool area, they also have fitness center.

Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, lokasi strategis. Turun deket banget dengan mall dan tempat lainnya. Staff nya semua ramah 😊. Thank you Sunway Velocity hotel. Next kalau kita ke Malaysia lagi bakaln nginep di Sunway Velocity hotel.

Pengalaman saya bersama keluarga menginap 2 hari di hotel sangat nyaman dan menyenangkan. Vibe kamar dan lingkungannya hampir sempurna, aksesnya bagus, integrated mall nya juga support, petugas hotel sangat baik dan ramah. Jika kami kembali ke Kuala Lumpur, kami mau menginap di sini kembali. View kolam renangnya very amazing. So, This hotel very recommended.

Good hotel, inside mall, near to MRT. Breakfast taste good plenty of selection. But 3pm still got no room ready to check in. Over roll Good Hotel.

The location is okay, direct access to the mall. Room and toilet cleanliness needs attention. Cupboards, tables, carpets and beds are still very dusty.

The staff is friendly but the room size is very small for the same rate you can get a wider room. It was recommended to use an extra bed by the staff, but after adding an extra bed, the room was even narrower, there was no space even for prayer. Breakfast with very little menu. I don't recommend it.

Sudah sering menginap di sini karena suasana hotel bersih, kamar luas dan nyaman. Ada pintu akses langsung ke mall yang semua serba ada. Ke Sunway Medical Centre hanya jalan kaki. Yang mau berobat ke RS Sunway juga direkomendasikan ke hotel ini karena sangat dekat sekali, ke bukit bintang dan KLCC hanya dengan 10-12 RM. Terima kasih Sunway Velocity Hotel 🥰 next kami pasti datang lagi jika ke sana.
