I often stay here when I go to Brastagi.

Entering the room, I was immediately greeted by a big spider near the TV. Not hanging out in his hidden place. As soon as I entered the door, I saw it. Very friendly. The spider. 🙏

The room has no telephone to contact CS or housekeeping so when you need something you have to bother coming to the lobby. The food is less varied and standard with a price per room of 900 thousand on weekends. But it is covered by the good hotel atmosphere (view).

The sink pipe in the room was leaking, every time I used the sink the water would pool on the floor, the breakfast was not very varied, not to mention the breakfast seating was uncomfortable and inadequate, plus the staff was not very friendly, I called them pretending not to see, so it was not worth the price of the room offered.

Feels like home with balinese style hotel.. worth it to stay in Brastagi.. breakfast menu needs to be improved..

The atmosphere is very comfortable. The downside is the breakfast menu is less varied. There is not even white rice.

for THAT price, I was really surprised by the hotel's facilities and cleanliness😵‍💫

There were noisy people in the middle of the night but the hotel staff didn't reprimand them.

easy check-in process for breakfast is not varied enough, there are only noodles and fried rice that are mediocre with eggs, oh yeah there is white bread and jam too hehe, there is salad but it's finished.. for drinks tea & coffee. with a room price of 800k / night I think it's not really breakfast just mediocre :) safe & comfortable atmosphere. coffee, tea in the room is available, but only 2 sugars are given. whereas in any hotel usually 4 right 😂 hopefully it can be improved again to be better. thank you!

Towels are not provided in the room. There is no wifi. The room is not soundproof.

Rich in photo spots but poor in facilities

Weekend, I ordered a Deluxe room and got Kalimbubu 009 on the 3rd floor. The facilities in the app are all there🫶. There are still a lot of dust on the shelves👎. The mattress smells of dust👎. The towels smell musty👎. Previously, it was said on the floor from WA. It wasn't used for 3 weekdays, maybe that's why it's dusty. 4/5
