It started with a disappointment. The reception lobby looked like a grocery shop.
We were not sure whether it was the real entrance.
There was no information that there were old and new wing. I booked 2 rooms, I was given 1 at the old wing and 1 at the new wing.
I was given a room at level 3, and there was no mention that there was no staircase there. So I had to haul my luggage 3 flights of stairs, with my bad knee. I wonder what happens to those who brought their old parents to stay there.
Upon entering, the room at the old wing had a musty smell. The furniture and the bathroom are definitely outdated. There was only one pillow per bed. There were lots of strange noises in the night
The other room at the new wing was better, though.
All in all, if you need a spacious room, this hotel is for you. But better ask for the room at the new wing.
