Booked a room with sea view but when checking in they said there were no more rooms with sea view, so had to change to a room with city view

I'm telling you, no one should book here. The hotel's hygiene is very poor. When you enter the room, it's dirty and smelly. You even have to pay for urine. The facilities are not complete, broken, this and that. It's terrible.

Fraud The room has a bathtub but when I checked in, there was none. The response was unsatisfactory and forced me to stay in that room. The blanket was dirty and stained, as if it had not been changed or washed. The bathroom was dirty and looked even dirtier than in the photo. There were no amenities: the TV wouldn't turn on, the remote had no battery, the dressing table had no mirror, the table for the electric kettle had no power outlet. If I wanted to boil water, I had to bring it to the bathroom. The experience was worse than terrible, I would never come back
