the service is very good. I just want to give a suggestion, maybe note down the visitor's car number according to their room. because of the experience of staying yesterday, my husband forgot to turn off the hazard lights. from check in to check out. so when I wanted to go home the car couldn't be started because the battery was dead. according to security, they had informed the receptionist, but the receptionist didn't know which room the car owner was staying in.

The hotel is nice, but what makes it uncomfortable is the noisy fighting cats... right in front of the balcony, they run from one balcony to another, it's really annoying, especially at night.

Yesterday I asked in the lobby for a room near the sandy swimming pool, then the lobby officer said yes, I thought I could get one there, but it turned out I got one in another corner near Seruni 2. If there really wasn't one, I should have said so at the start, and some of the cups were already worn out.

Family Favorite. If you go to Puncak, stay at Seruni.

spacious room, mountain view from the balcony is really good... complete amenities, varied and delicious breakfast, complete children's play area, there is a playground, mini game rides, and mini farm..waterpark is also just choose.. satisfied with the staycation here, next time I want to come here again.

This is my third time staying here. It is indeed the best in terms of the view, the room is quite spacious and clean, there are many children's play areas. So the kids are very happy. But it's different from the last time I was here in 2020. When checking in, I got snacks and there was a small refrigerator. The downside: there was an additional car to go back and forth. Because the information from yesterday when I went there was only 1 and there were quite a lot of people staying. The room is also not soundproof.

Check in time was 14.30, half an hour late because the room had not been cleaned yet.

The distance is not too far from Jakarta, the view is nice, the rooms at Seruni Gunung Salak are big & clean and the swimming pool is like a beach with sand.

friendly hotel staff, spacious room, but unfortunately not soundproof, the view is really the best, the location is really nice, cool, complete facilities, many choices of swimming pools, there is a mini zoo, if the night is a holiday there is a cultural performance under the Eiffel Tower,, basically I like it,, I just don't like the breakfast, there is a lot of food, but the taste is not so good,, the rest is cool,, old hotel but well maintained, check in is fast, ahh really like this Seruni hotel,, will be a regular customer. love Seruni

It's really cool, I swear, it will be my favorite hotel when I go on holiday to Puncak, the facilities are complete, you won't regret it, the view from the balcony directly faces Mount Salak, it's really cool
