The hotel is cool, clean, the location is okay, the food is delicious, it would be even better if the sound from the next room didn't penetrate 🤣🤣

Happy to have a staycation at JS Luwansa Hotel. My Complimentary Honeymoon was granted. Wow, I'm really happy. The staff are nice, the rooms are comfortable and the food is delicious. Hopefully I can come back again another time. Thank you JS Luwansa Hotel.

The service for deposit notification is not quite right. Open with credit card cannot be void, but must check it yourself on the credit card. FO is not informative.

It is an old hotel, but it is quite well maintained and clean, some parts have been renovated. For food, it is quite complete. The only minus is the deposit per room which reaches 500 thousand per room. :)

The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, the check-in and check-out process is simple, the breakfast menu is standard but still quite tasty.
