Check in was only served by 1 person and was slow, it turned out that the key given could not open the room door (a little problematic), whether we like it or not, we had to go down to the 1st floor. Because the hotel staff did not respond on the phone. Even though we arrived at the receptionist and explained the problem, it was still slow. Around 4 am in the bathroom, suddenly there was a sound of water, it turned out that the toilet flush suddenly came off. We tried to install it, but because of the strong water it also couldn't, the room was flooded, because of the situation, even though we contacted the hotel, there was no answer at all. Finally, around 6 am my husband met the receptionist (my husband happened to not sleep at this hotel) and they came up, not long after they came down, the flush came off again by itself. As a result, I just let it be. Because I was tired of contacting the hotel. Well, my husband also asked for breakfast for us, but until 10 am there was no delivery for us in the room. The worst service I have ever experienced while staying at a hotel. Staying here is indeed cheap, but in my opinion the quality is also cheap, because of this worst service. I chose to stay here because there was a PON event, all the hotels around here were sold out, and it was very late at night. So where could I get it? Apparently it was cheap because the quality of service was very bad.
