The hotel is located in an alley, when checking in there is no welcome drink, the staff is enthusiastic but not professional, there is no professionalism when communicating with guests, the hallway looks very dark, afraid of ghosts, the room facilities are old, only worthy of a motel, extremely poor soundproofing, the shower is moldy and mossy, the room has a lot of mosquitoes. The breakfast has few dishes and is very bad. The only good thing is that it is near the night market.

The problem that left me with the worst impression was that the restroom/bathroom was not clean, the cup on the drinking table still had lipstick stains from the previous customer. The rest of the food, the counter staff or the staff carrying the items, .. were all friendly,

Location near Duong Dong center. Room is a bit dark, old, not clean enough like a 4 star hotel. Swimming pool is also a bit dirty.

The staff were quite friendly, but the hotel is rather old, and the breakfast was not good. There were no towel racks in the bathroom, making it very difficult to hang towels and clothes. However, my experience at the hotel wasn't too bad. The pool was quite new and right by the beach, but they don't have a private beach.

The hotel itself is not bad, but the area is not clean. There is mess on both sides of the hotel. There is no beach at the hotel as the water comes up quite high. But there are beaches nearby, easy walking distance.

Everything is ok, the room is spacious, what I like most is the bathroom view can see the sea

A horrible experience, from the service to the hygiene, very dirty, the noodles were expired, I informed the staff and they said to check again later, luckily they discovered it in time, if I got food poisoning, I don't know if I could have gone back to the mainland with my family, I swear I will never come back again, the 2/9 holiday was horrible

About 6d, the trip made the whole family sick 😰

khách sạn hơi cũ, nhưng phòng sạch ổn, nhân viên dễ thương, có 2 hồ bơi, view từ nhà hàng ăn và hồ bơi ra biển đẹp, ngay trung tâm tiện đi lại. Ăn sáng tạm được, ngồi an sáng ben hồ bơi nhìn ra biển buổi sáng rất thích. Giá hợp lý, phòng rộng, lần sau mình quay lại.

Not a good experience! For the price this is not good. Room was dirty, cockroaches and ant, ceiling board missing. Restaurant that's advertised and menu posted everywhere but it doesn't exist! Hotel is not maintained. Staff do not know English so communication was very difficult, for this price point and what is advertised. Our deluxe sea view is only a partial view. We had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned daily which was only a 2min clean. This hotel should be advertised at half the price!

Friendly reception. I was upgraded to a sea view room for free. However, the hotel has a smell in the bathroom and especially on the way to the breakfast area. The strong smell of sewer is very scary :(

The hotel is under maintenance, unfinished structures which makes the view is unpleasant. Pictures are not accurate with room conditions as well amenities. Location is great, just minutes walking to the beach, and close to local shop.

The hotel is ok, everyone. I see a lot of people criticizing it a bit. Personally, I think the hotel is quite ok. It's a bit old because of many years but it's bad. With such a price, it's okay. The road to the beginning of the alley is a bit bad for a short distance. Just a dozen meters is insignificant. Now that Phu Quoc is also empty of tourists, it is normal for establishments not to reinvest much

The hotel is clean, the room has a beautiful sea view and is designed to suit personal taste, the price is affordable, the bed is spacious enough for 2 adults and 1 child to sleep, the mattress is soft, the air conditioner is not too noisy like other hotels. The hotel uses general air conditioning, the breakfast is quite delicious.
